lemon, lime, ginger,lemongrass
and coriander, with a teaspoon of honey. We prepare a huge batch together,
and once a week,
and freeze it into ice blocks that are then readily available. It is a truly refreshing way to start my day.
(I had also developed arthritis, so we make up a batch of turmeric, ginger and lemongrass which is also ice cubed, and I drink that at leisure, too.)
I have omitted wheat, dairy, and sugar from my diet ....
