Common Questions and Answers about Sonata vs accord 2010

sonata

Avatar f tn I am depressed over this as well as postpartum issues and have just been put on Celexa for anxiety and depression as well as Sonata for sleep by a recommended psychiatrist. The Sonata is too short-acthing though. I called the doc on call but he does not want to prescribe anything stronger until tomorrow, if adding melatonin and/or benadryl does not help. I am currently wearing a holter monitor and have also worn en event monitor recently.
Avatar m tn I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function. The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
Avatar f tn another option is to get your doctor to prescribe something specifically for insomnia such as ambien, sonata or trazodone. discuss over the counter options with him such as benadryl and others available. lastly, its great to hear YOU know what works best for YOU. don't discount that.
Avatar m tn Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.

973741 tn?1342342773 aggressive lowering of HbA1c via meds did not further lower the primary endpoint of cardiac events (including death and Acute Coronary Syndromes); though btw it did result in increased overall mortality. (The article merely talks about how "Sugar [results in] damage to your blood vessels and the nerves that control them".) ACCORD did, however, find benefit for microvascular diseases (IIRC, heart failure, & retina and kidney damage).
Avatar n tn Is this VS issue still going on? I have been suffering from an itchy rash on my breasts since purchasing 4 new bras from VS in July of 2010. It didnt' dawn on me that it was from my bra since I don't usually have allergies. Since then I purchsed 4 more "barely there" bras at a department store with the same reaction. I'm sitting here at work writing you braless today and itching! Please let me know if this is the source of my problem.....

Avatar m tn Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.

Avatar m tn Here is the article I was referring to. I hadn't remembered that it addresses nonalcoholic steatohepatitis and not simple fatty liver so it may not be as applicable as I thought. Nevertheless I will post it.

Avatar f tn My last period was August 6, 2010. I have always been extremely regular. Never been late for a period once. I went to my doctor September 3, 2010 because for the past few days I've been nauseous, gagging, had some heartburn. I went and my temperature was 99.7 which is a few degrees high for me, but my urine test came back negative and so did the HPT that I had taken the day before. Did I test too early?
1509498 tn?1332872936 I am ready to start trying again though, and I was hoping that you all could give me some insight as to the risks I take in getting pregnant right away vs waiting until my next cycle. I would appreciate your experiences with this.....
Avatar f tn I was given a Synvisc one tme injection in both my left and right knees in August of 2010. It was wonderful and I did not need another one until December of 2011. Same injection but only my left knee needed the Synvisc treatment. I reacted to the injection within 24 hours and my knee swelled up to the size is a 18" softball and excruciatingly painful. I ended up in the ER where they took off 50 cc of fluid. Three days later 75 cc were taken off and a cortisone shot was given.
Avatar f tn Have you tried Ambien or Sonata? I take Ambien (have been on it for about 4 years) - some nights it works well and others it's like I've taken a tic tac - but there are nights when nothing short of getting hit over the head with a hammer is going to help me sleep! I used to be on the CR version of the Ambien, until my insurance decided it wasn't going to cover that formula any longer, so now I'm back to the 10mg dose.
