It sounds more like the Sonata is causing this, unless this is something you've been taking for awhile, as these are common side effects of it. I doubt the B complex is causing the problem, but I wonder, when are taking it and when are you taking Sam-e?

I've survived anal cancer and treatment (which almost killed me:)). It has been two years, and I have experienced every humiliating painful test in the book.
You need to see a doc or nurse to look at it. Are you living on campus? Should be health care readily available for this.
As to fear of STD...doubt it is...but you won't know until you get examined.
In my case when I was finally diagnosed, doc said he saw a genital wart...
My last refill for percocet was 10/19 and 12/09 for ambien and that was my plastic surgeon. My surgeon refused to give me anything else. He told me to find a PCP and I did 12/17 but this FNP isn't addressing my pain/insomnia effectively. On 12/17/10 she wrote me a script for indocin and benadryl. This didn't work so on 12/23/10 she wrote a questionable or I'm not sure who wrote it for sonata, percocet, and dicflonac.
Rachel, Noami, Miriam, Ruth, Esther, Delilah, Jordan, etc. Typically anything 'biblical' is gonna be Hebrew. If you're looking for Hebrew names that aren't biblically related Google will probably be your best friend.
I agree about talking to the doc. You might consider melatonin, though. It's OTC, safe, and works well for some people. I've been using that off-and-on throughout treatment. Go with the lowest OTC dose, though. It's a natural compound and if the body gets too much it just ignores the signal.
Also, talk to your doc about Ambien (lasts roughly 8 hours) vs. Sonata (lasts about 2 hours).

The Z sleep meds, (Ambien & Sonata) can be hard to taper off due to their relatively short half life. Talk to your doctor about using a Dr Ashton style taper where you switch to valium & taper off that which should help minimize the side effects you experience.
Your GABA receptors have become tolerant to these drugs & it won't get any better if you continue with them but you should be able to taper very slowly using valium without too much discomfort.
some say the first may be painfull ,, wheter or not which precautios you use ,, you partener can always wear condoms , their many types of pills that you can take every month , or injection which is long term ,, or miriam coils etc ,, ,, how long were you looking to take it for ,, and remember theres none 100 percent ,,

I recommend the scissors position, in which the two of you lie side by side, facing each other, with your legs wrapped around your partner. This doesn't strain your knees. Also try sitting in your partner's lap.
Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
