I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function. The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?

Anyway, when I took it to the pharmacy, all of the medications was controlled substances, percocet, sonata, and diclofenac. I was shcoked but the pharmacist tech already scanned it and I trust the FNP. I always go to this same pharmacy and never had a problem filling my prescriptions and my disabled problem. The pharmacist was even willing to fill the diclofenac at the time. I decline and told her I would pick them up Monday when all 3 were ready and I this didn't fill right.

How am I supposed to just wait and see? They came in 2,5 years so maybe after 2-3 years I should check if there is anything left in my brain? It is like my neuro thinks I should just be okay with that! Would you? My neuro at least did a VEP test and a LP, and they were negative. I told her I was not sure if I might have had any problems in my eyes, but they are blurry sometimes and I don´t know if it is just because of my age or what. But that must be.

Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.

There is a study "Update: Pharmacologic Vitreolysis" in the January 2011 Review of Ophthalmology page 38-40. It is an EXPERIMENTAL study that used a chemical injected in to the vitreous to liquify it. The study was to relieve vitreo-retinal traction and treatment of macular holes and it was usefull for that. However it was not used for regular annoying floaters, indeed floaters and flashes sometimes increased after injection.

I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
