It sounds more like the Sonata is causing this, unless this is something you've been taking for awhile, as these are common side effects of it. I doubt the B complex is causing the problem, but I wonder, when are taking it and when are you taking Sam-e?
My last refill for percocet was 10/19 and 12/09 for ambien and that was my plastic surgeon. My surgeon refused to give me anything else. He told me to find a PCP and I did 12/17 but this FNP isn't addressing my pain/insomnia effectively. On 12/17/10 she wrote me a script for indocin and benadryl. This didn't work so on 12/23/10 she wrote a questionable or I'm not sure who wrote it for sonata, percocet, and dicflonac.

I agree about talking to the doc. You might consider melatonin, though. It's OTC, safe, and works well for some people. I've been using that off-and-on throughout treatment. Go with the lowest OTC dose, though. It's a natural compound and if the body gets too much it just ignores the signal.
Also, talk to your doc about Ambien (lasts roughly 8 hours) vs. Sonata (lasts about 2 hours).
My lab report shows normal insulin to be 3 - 28 micro IU/ml. My doctor had me come back in for re-test and did not require fasting. So, I don't believe the normal 3 - 28 range is necessarily fasting. I would LOVE to have an insulin level of 3.0. On my first test my insulin was a whopping 151. My re-test in December showed my level was 17. So, it's coming down thanks to diet, exercise and Metformin! I still have a way to go because my goal is to get it at least under 10.
The Z sleep meds, (Ambien & Sonata) can be hard to taper off due to their relatively short half life. Talk to your doctor about using a Dr Ashton style taper where you switch to valium & taper off that which should help minimize the side effects you experience.
Your GABA receptors have become tolerant to these drugs & it won't get any better if you continue with them but you should be able to taper very slowly using valium without too much discomfort.

I developed foot drop in my right foot approximately 15 years ago! It was caused by a herniated disc in L five s one. About six years ago I Experienced Excruciating pain in my drop foot! It felt like an electrical shock every minute or so and it lasted about three seconds. I went to the emergency room and they told me I had cellulitis And prescribed vicodin and penicillin.

Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob. not be hydrocodone in it as we had been discussing that I needed more pain relief.
I have a real problem with insomnia I went to the doctor last week and got Sonata for sleep and I asked for clonadine because I knew that I would be out of pills this week and would be having w/d sysptoms. He did not want to give me that he gave me klonapin instead.. I have not told him I have a problem with pills. The sonata is not working for my insomnia so I have made an another appt to see him this week to see if I can get the clonadine.
some say the first may be painfull ,, wheter or not which precautios you use ,, you partener can always wear condoms , their many types of pills that you can take every month , or injection which is long term ,, or miriam coils etc ,, ,, how long were you looking to take it for ,, and remember theres none 100 percent ,,
