t keep a man around.......a good man is a treasure, like my husband. Never has been the cheating type, always faithful, I can trust him more than anyone else almost and if I couldn't I wouldn't have married him. He still gets sex but he also understands my drive is gone and is appreciative when effort is put in. For a person to automatically assume that a man would leave in my opinion means that's what they are used to.
How are you taking that many at a time and still alive broski? You took 30 of the ambien 10 mg in three days? What's your dosing routine? Do you take them during the day or just at night? Withdrawal from Ambien can be life threatening just like benzos. Your best bet would be to see your doctor and be honest with what is going on here and see about seeking some help with this mess you're in. I take one 10 mg Zolpidem a night and cannot fathom taking more than that.
I've searched the web and here and no really good answer. I'm taking a Sonata about 3 or 4 oclock in the morning. It does cause some jitters next day. Now I've started Sam-e and a Super Beta Complex and the Jitters are unbearable. I take some Xanax and it helps some. I can't take much and still function.
The question is ... Is it the Sam-e or the Super B Complex causing the extreme jitters or anxiety?
Valium is not a good drug to take to go to sleep with, it may help you drift off, but you could benefit from a milder benzo as mentioned already. Talk to your doctor, I think even Tylenol PM would be better than valium. Valium taken regularly will make you forget stuff and you may have brain fog already.
ve been having back pain and insomnia since my surgery 4 months and was prescribed Percocet. My surgeon told me to see a PCP for more Rx and I did. I went to a family practice with 3 doctors and 1 FNP. Two weeks ago, the FNP prescribe me indocin, benadryl, and retin-a(other). None of these medications helped with my back pain and thurday 12/23 I saw the PCP again.
Benzos are a bad remedy for insomnia, as they interfere with the brain's ability to learn how to adapt to stress and interfere with REM sleep, and of course are addictive with quite a withdrawal kick. Although you only used it for a short time, people are different in how they respond to quitting -- it should be done gradually even after short term use if that use was continuous as opposed to as-needed occasional use.
I would not be waiting for a response and get to the E.R. not only is that a lot of meds some of those interact with each other and can cause serious effects not short of death, dont be a fool get to ER now, and you also need to speak to someone in the mental health dept. it sounds like you also have a lot of things that need to be addressed, and you would be amazed at what a mental health care professional can do for you... get help, it will be ok if you get help....
I've used Ambien for sleep several periods of time over the years, and carefully weaned myself off after things settled down. I would break the 10 mg. in half and found it quite effective. I get at least 7 good hours of sleep with it.
This "cocktail" that you've put together has to stop. Ask you prescribing Dr. for a good sleep aid - not everyone responds well to Sonata.
My husband is an amazing man! I was married at to a very abusive man and I was divorced by 20. I just recently married my current husband and I am 22 and he's 37! We are 15 years apart and he treats me so well! I am 21 weeks pregnant and he has supported me and told me he wants me to be a stay at home mom since I am going to be full time breastfeeding ! I am ery lucky!
I'm sorry to rant on here.... but I'm just so done with everything right now. My sister just got engaged and has a wonderful man.... they've only been together a Lil over a year... the man I got seems like literally could give two crap about my feelings and settling down. Hasn't even tried to go get his GED and doesn't seem to see the future.... just going out and living in the fricken moment. And to top it off im the older sister.
doctor at the office, I stayed there. I also have hypo thyroid disease. Anyway I have been with this replaced doctor for a yr and a half, I had been explaining to him that 2 vicaprofen in a 24 hour period is not sufficient he by the way had taken me off the motrin and changed my Xanax to Ativan. I also have been on sonata 10 mg for all these yrs. I was given a urine test which is pretty normal, before I took it I told him that there would prob.
For me is my boyfriend he does stupid things I swear I feel like punching him on his face I just hate him so much I swer man if life game a second chance ill leave him.... I'm feel so stupid for getting back with him ....
Sounds like you have a really good plan, and kudos for thinking this through before you find yourself in a bad situation. I wouldn't necessarily trust everyone to tell me the truth about their HIV status, but since you plan on using condoms for penetrative sex, that isn't a big issue.
You won't need testing unless you have a mishap with a condom breaking, but it also doesn't hurt anything and may keep your mind at ease.
