Is it ok to drink slim fast while pregnant? I have gained too much weight so far. I started out tiny and now my mid section is huge! I'm not looking to lose weight but eating hurts. My lower back is in excruciating pain and I know it's from the weight gain and due to my belly sticking so far out. I'm only 25 weeks pregnant and I feel the only option is to eat tiny meals to keep up my energy because after I eat my stomach feels so tight b it just hurts.
Thanks, yeah I'll check. one of the many arguments I've had with my GP... they won't put me on water tablets :( So glad when I get to the hospital (consultant led from the start this time), they might have some ideas on what's occurring.
I'm 24, 5'7", 204 lbs currently. I recently (since March) have lost 20 lbs through diet and exercise but it seems like I'm at a stand still, and in the last week I have actually gained a pound and a half even though my diet and exercise regimen has not changed.
Well I have tried over and over again with pills shakes nutrisystem slim fast weight warchers etc you name it I tried it.

Try walking at a reasonable pace. Also look into yoga as it's low impact and done at a slow very deliberate pace.
Be sure to watch what you eat as well - might also help the e-coli infection.

I also have had a strange for lack of a better word rash since I was young on my upper arms that is now spreading down slowly. The hair is short and sparing, in fact it looks bald.
the chance that you are pregnant is slim to none. I'm sure you read on the internet that you can get pregnant while on your. But the likelihood of that ever happening is so low.
okay so i'm due on my period this week but me & my boyfriend had sex last night and the condom split, i'm going to take the emergency contraception tablet that you can take up to 72 hours later. are my chances of getting pregnant high because i'm due on a period? also i've heard rumours that you can still have a small period if you get pregnant right before your due a period, is this true?

Its possible to get pregnant while on your period if you have an irregular cycle. Sperm can live for up to 5 days in perfect conditions. However like Riot_Queen said most people ovulate 10-14 days after the first day of their cycle which means you most likely have nothing to worry about. Also, Plan B is 85% effective if you take it within 24 hours and then looses effectiveness as each day goes on. I took Plan B within 36 hours when I had unprotected sex and still got pregnant.
