Is it ok to drink slim fast while pregnant? I have gained too much weight so far. I started out tiny and now my mid section is huge! I'm not looking to lose weight but eating hurts. My lower back is in excruciating pain and I know it's from the weight gain and due to my belly sticking so far out. I'm only 25 weeks pregnant and I feel the only option is to eat tiny meals to keep up my energy because after I eat my stomach feels so tight b it just hurts.
Well I have tried over and over again with pills shakes nutrisystem slim fast weight warchers etc you name it I tried it.

Try walking at a reasonable pace. Also look into yoga as it's low impact and done at a slow very deliberate pace.
Be sure to watch what you eat as well - might also help the e-coli infection.
Well, they were having a 70% off sale. Still not a huge selection but they had slacks and jeans with straight legs and flared legs that made me not feel like a big fat apple on toothpicks. So I found three pieces for $150ish on sale for $45ish. Which is less than I would've spent on two ugly pieces at Target. Yay. I just had to share. I hope your babies'r'us is having a similar sale and I encourage you to run over there atleast to look.
I'm 24, 5'7", 204 lbs currently. I recently (since March) have lost 20 lbs through diet and exercise but it seems like I'm at a stand still, and in the last week I have actually gained a pound and a half even though my diet and exercise regimen has not changed.

s allot of money so I was thinking about getting some powder Slim fast shakes and drink those with meals I was thinking cus you use them to replace meals it might help.of course I am going to talk to my Dr but my appointment isn't till next Wednesday so I wanted to try something till then. Is anyone else having problems? With my first son I had no problem gaining weight I went from 145 to 204 when I gave birth.
Aw, I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. I, too, have chronic pain and have had it for over 20 years. I won't lie to you and say it'll get any better, unless you're on some awesome pain meds, of course, or you get that miracle blessing of it totally disappearing!
My daughter is 6 years old, on concerta for ADHD and is losing weight. She has been on medications for adhd for over a year now. She was born at 35 weeks by c-section, hospitalized several times before age 2 for respiratory conditions. She has a congenital dislocation of her elbows, significantly more pronounced on left side, for which she is being monitored by Shriners hospital. No other significant medical history.

, my abdomen, rear, and from my thighs almost to my ankles. I have tried everything to loose weight including slim fast diets where i ate only shakes for breakfast and lunch no sweets or anything, excersize and I have never lost a pound. I only gain.
I also have had a strange for lack of a better word rash since I was young on my upper arms that is now spreading down slowly. The hair is short and sparing, in fact it looks bald.
