Is it ok to drink slim fast while pregnant? I have gained too much weight so far. I started out tiny and now my mid section is huge! I'm not looking to lose weight but eating hurts. My lower back is in excruciating pain and I know it's from the weight gain and due to my belly sticking so far out. I'm only 25 weeks pregnant and I feel the only option is to eat tiny meals to keep up my energy because after I eat my stomach feels so tight b it just hurts.
Just wanted to add that I, and a friend of mine, too, upon first trying Slim Fast thought there was magic in the shake, and thought we could eat whatever we wanted and take the shake and it would somehow do the work for you. Heh, well I learned you can't do a meal and a shake and that the secret is that it is about 200 calories per can, and it fills you up with protein, vitamins and minerals, so you don't get hungry.
You may want to head to a health food store and ask about a Weight Gainer Protien Shake or Liquid Meal Replacement like Ensure, Slim Fast etc. If you eat normal meals each day and add a Slim Fast drink you will gain some weight as you are adding more calories.
You can also download NOOM App for free or go to My Fitness Pal online and use thier calorie counters to track your food caloric intake vs. out put.

Try walking at a reasonable pace. Also look into yoga as it's low impact and done at a slow very deliberate pace.
Be sure to watch what you eat as well - might also help the e-coli infection.
I'm 19 and have real bad Anxiety, i do seem to have a natural small shake due to my weight though, i'm naturally very slim and i have a fast metabolism and the doctor said slim people get shaky very easily due to not eating regulary or whatever, but my Anxiety has made it worse!
I get them inner body tremors, my whole body is shaking, i cannot hold anything in my hands properly because they shake so much, it makes me so tense!

I feel bloated and fat all the time after eating a meal. It really gets me down. I really want to lose weight, and be slim, currently weighing at 86kg, and at 5ft6. I used to go to the gym but got bored, I eat healthy, lots of fruit and veg, hardly eat any carbs and don't know what I am doing wrong.

Ok, so I have seen people mention that they clip coupons and I periodically see stories on tv where a person is able to cut a $200 grocery bill down to $50 by using coupons! How is this done and where do you get the coupons from? Do you have any internet sites you would recommend or do you get coupons from another source?

some of the best advise on baby stuff was to check out craigslist. babies go through so much stuff so fast that even if its used, it still in great condition. I've gotten extra infant car seat bases, pack n play, bumbo seat all from craigslist and they are in great condition.
Don't forget that you can use Bed bath and beyond coupons at Buy Buy Baby. and Babies R us and Buy Buy Baby take each others coupons. Target has good deals too.
