slim fast bars strawberry cheesecake

Has anyone had any luck on the Slim-Fast diet? I just started it, I need to lose around 30lbs.

I already went for ice cream earlier!! Had strawberry cheesecake and I don't even like cheesecake!

Then there is any candy...mainly strawberry flavor...like strawberry rings, ring pops, suckers, gum...you name it I wanted it! Lol!

I have been wanting homemade carrot cake

I want a strawberry waffle, strawberry shortcake, or strawberry cheesecake.

Cheesecake is my absolute favorite!! Especially strawberry.

I've done so much baking this pregnancy. My specialty: cheesecake. Nutella cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, peanut butter cup cheesecake (that's the most popular with the family) etc. I've learned so much about deserts and decorating them and I've had a lot of fun with it. I have been stuck in the house due to the heat and my knack for getting bombarded with mosquitoes, so it's been a great activity.

) and speaking of cheesecake have any of you tried those Keebler cheesecake filled cookies they are delicious in the freezer .

Strawberry cheesecake & molten fudge cake! OMG! I have been trying to eat healthy and this definitely ruins it! OMG! Today is DH's birthday and I got him a DQ Reese's Peanut Butter cup Blizzard Cake! It makes me want to eat a piece right now lol!

Just made it to the cafeteria and the bacon cheeseburger is calling my name with a side green salad and strawberry cheesecake yumm!!

Is it ok to drink slim fast while pregnant? I have gained too much weight so far. I started out tiny and now my mid section is huge! I'm not looking to lose weight but eating hurts. My lower back is in excruciating pain and I know it's from the weight gain and due to my belly sticking so far out. I'm only 25 weeks pregnant and I feel the only option is to eat tiny meals to keep up my energy because after I eat my stomach feels so tight b it just hurts.

hi has any one done the slim fast diet----(milkshakes) and lost weight.How lond could u go on for? I'm planning to go on it but will do only one shake for dinner and have breakfast and lunch as normal.

Think about how big its going to make you if you keep eating that much cheesecake and twix bars (both have a tons of calories) not to mention you don't want gestational diabetes. Two things I think about when I'm about to indulge in something really bad for me. Also eating too many fruits can also have negative effects BC they are high in sugar so its something to look into. And you can do whatever you want.. the cheesecake isn't forcing you to eat it lol.

Some soft serve ice cream with millions of chocolate sprinkles.. Or some cookies and cream with butterfingers and chocolate sprinkles!! Lol don't judge me!!

m counting points but I am also chugging back a weight loss shake everyday as part of those points. There is no way I could ever do the Slim-Fast plan or anything like it. I just like the amount of nutrients in the form of chocolate milk i can get! Makes a great difference if I need a boost before working out or just need something to keep me going while I make dinner. ^_^ Anyways, some of them certainly don't taste very good. My favorite so far comes from Wal-Mart.

Everything lol.! But mostly a strawberry slush with extra strawberry from sonic :) and orange chicken with terayaki .

I bought a king size pillow (softest one they had) from Walmart. I hug it & throw a leg & bellybelly over to help me fall asleep fast! Cost me all of 8-9$ & when I'm finished being preggy, it becomes a regular pillow lol!

I saw on food network ice cream with salt and vinegar chips, I'm buying them tomorrow lol

You just made me want to bake a cheesecake tomorrow after I go to the er.
