When I am really hungry and want to hold myself over I will try a handful of nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.), yogurt (love Activia regular), a little cottage cheese or half a whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter on it. Low fat popcorn or even homemade (I say homemade as you don't want to have a high amount of sugars and fats) granola bars. Sometimes I even have a handful of dry healthy cereal. Good luck!
