Is it ok to drink slim fast while pregnant? I have gained too much weight so far. I started out tiny and now my mid section is huge! I'm not looking to lose weight but eating hurts. My lower back is in excruciating pain and I know it's from the weight gain and due to my belly sticking so far out. I'm only 25 weeks pregnant and I feel the only option is to eat tiny meals to keep up my energy because after I eat my stomach feels so tight b it just hurts.

But lunch meat or peanut butter and jelly that they can make themselves, and hey, I'm not above ramen noodles as they can now boil water. But try to keep eating in a pattern. My boys eat regular meals and then have snacks and I do try to avoid constant eating all day long.

The thing that helped me the most, they have these things by the fiber one bars at walmart (idk the brand, it might actually be fiber one) and they are brownies and i know they are 90 calories a piece. They taste amazing and they do have lots of fiber to help keep you regular. Also prices worked for me too but of course they don't taste quite as good as the brownies.
We started looking at the things baby needs early on to watch & compare prices. EVERYTHING we brought was on sale. I watched so hard that I got his crib on clearance for $60. I'm a first time mom so I read alot of posts concerning baby items because I don't want to buy unnecessary items just because I'm excited. And we haven't been able to save a lot of money for baby except for his baby shower gift cards & money because we're buying a house.
