Hi, i kno exactly how u feel , leg cramps are awful, i started gettin them everynight when i hit 28wks so i started drinking more during the day and trying to
sleep on my left side because i realised id only wake up wit cramp wen i was sleeping on my right , also for the painful hips i bought one of those full length body pilows and that easys the pain, so iam 30 wks now and touch wood not had cramp for the last week so i hope this advice helps :-)
