You get a flat stomach by dieting, any exercise will help build some muscle there but most people have a six pack underneath the fat already, and everyone has a "flat stomach underneath the fat.. Well in my hospital bag I have 9 baby grows 9 vest (I have come section) nappies, breast pad, pads for yourself, pjs and dressing gown. Socks.

on 22 weeks pregnant and I want to pack my bag by 28 weeks, just in case I go into labor early...im very prepared person:) lol. I have a book tho that tells me: you need a few outfits for u(comfortable), a few outfits for baby, things for u to do(notebook to write, camera to take pics, etc) so u don't get bored, shower stuff, diapers, wipes, bottles, and formula(if not breastfeeding.

Truth is, and I will be the first to admit it, I love smoking and dont really want to quit my three to four pack a day habit. Hello~It sounds like you have pulled some muscles, it should subside soon, if not, I would see your physician. In the meantime, put an ice pack on the meantime, try soaking in a bath with some epsom salts, this might help to relax the pain some as well.

You can start yur hospital baq anytime because yu can literally qo in whenever yur body tells you your ready ... yu would wanna pack everything the baby needs clothes id say an outfit for when you bting the baby home and one just in case he/she throws up or wets itself .. yur gonna wanna make one for yurself too yur personal items like clothes yur shower stuff toothbrush and etc . Because after having the baby your gonna wanna take a shower.

My fiance stayed with me so of course he packed basketball shorts to lounge in comfortably and his body wash and things. Some told me to pack things to pass time but I don't know what kinda time you have to "pass" lol your only worried about having your baby :) and my hospital provided pads and throw away undies that were great!!!!! And they provided everything for baby unless you want them in in there own cute outfits...

For me, hard work hard physical labor such as yard work, lifting, perhaps building a wall with stone ... this was the type of work that got me a six pack, but at the same time I was losing weight for a health problem (Celiac) so my body fat got low.

When I was on antibiotics I kept the empty bubble pack and threw away the pills. It's hard to keep your mind in the game during treatment, especially if. Missing a few doses is not so bad but don't let it happen again (uh oh, there's my mother creeping in). I set alarms on my phone for the dose I had the most trouble remembering.
