Avatar f tn When I was on antibiotics I kept the empty bubble pack and threw away the pills. It's hard to keep your mind in the game during treatment, especially if. Missing a few doses is not so bad but don't let it happen again (uh oh, there's my mother creeping in). I set alarms on my phone for the dose I had the most trouble remembering. When I was released from treatment, erasing those alarms was deeply satisfying.
Avatar m tn Do your mean lifting weights as in weight lifting the sport, or lifting weights as in bodybuilding, I cant think of a reason that bodybuilding should stunt your growth, but that you may just a small build, in that case you may find it hard to build your weight up, and weight lifting could stop you growing by the amount of weights that you lift over your head.

I used to sell bodybuilding supplements in small quantities when I managed health foods stores, and they always sent several magazines with every order. In each magazine, as I said, the same goal will have three or four "experts" disagreeing about the best way to approach the exercise.
Avatar n tn I did blindfolded believe in my depression-diagnose but we know ourselves the best. If we have faith in counseling being the right way to start off with possible treatment of depression, that's where we should start. A good life starts with regular sleep, regular meals and some physical activity (exercise releases endorphines). That's the best advice I was ever given. It took a great while before I followed that advice but I've never become better faster than I did with exercise.

I joined a gym for this and the trainer told me that I would get them…but NOOOO!! That did not help me and later on I have tried a few tips that I have been suggested by my friends but that also was of no use (the whole thing helped the abs a little…but not as I wanted).

He keeps to an exceptionally healthy diet and has an interest in bodybuilding in which he works out 4-5 days a week for about 60-90 mins. He doesn't have problems sleeping and is not stressed out or have any sort of performance anxiety that know of. He takes supplements to aid him which were protien, AAKG, creatine, glutamine and tribulus.

Protein is in all meats, eggs, and there is some protein in nuts, seeds, yogurt, beans, and a few others. Carbohydrates 60-65 % you need complex carbohydrates like whole grains, and fruits and vegetables are excellent. Carbohydrates give you fuel (energy). Fruits and veggies are great but are not calorie dense so be sure to eat more that just a fruit at a time....
