I want to know how to join the class action against Victoria Secrets. I have experinced this and my doctors did not know what was causing it. It stopped when I changed bras.

How do I joined the class action suit against Victoria Secret for these rashes from the "Sexy" bras which I loved and brought 2 at once the week they came out with them? I knew it was the bras that I had recently purchased as I alternated between other types of VS bras that didn't do it. I always thought it was the dye in the bras and that's what I told my doctor who prescribed anti fungus medication. Formaldyhyde would be the last thing I would think.

What are the odds of those of us that are suffering from from tooth decay and paying outrageously for doctors appointments, prescriptions, and now dentists and dental bills, what do we need or have to do to begin a class action lawsuit? I think they are in the same drug class, I've taken both with the similar results. As I recall, I was changed from lipitor to simvastatin because simvastatin isn't as strong a statin because of some very strong congestive heart meds that impact the liver and kidneys. I would like to see a picture of the rash so that I can see if it is the same as mine. Red with heat, rising on the skin, and itches especially when, I'm working and get sweaty.

Just finished Tx 6 months post UDT and now have been prescribed simvastatin for cholestral. I'm 3/3.5 damaged and was wondering if this is the right aveune to take for meds . Will the hep C be reactivated or will my liver get worse now that its trying to get better. Blood work will follow in 30 days. The VA prescribed Zeitia and my new outside Dr recommended to try the Simvastatin ( Zocar) and stop the Zeita. Does this make any sense to anyone? Any comments are appreciated .

I started in taking my medications regularly my Doctor put me on 40 mg of Simvastatin. Since then I have been really ill. Upset stomach, back pain, leg cramps. I can hardly drive or walk for that matter. Most of all the symptoms that I have read on this I have had. At one point I thought I was dieing. I have had Insomnia and I have sleep apnea too. I am calling my Doctor to either take me off of it or lower the dose. I can't live like this and feel like this. I am also very Depressed.

Wow! I can't believe I stumbled on this information. I have been going crazy for the past 6 months trying to figure out why my breasts have had a rash, they are constantly itchy and blotchy. I just figureed it was dry skin, new detergent, cream...trying everything, but nothing worked. How horrifying to find out there may be formaldehyde in the bras. I've never been part of a class action lawsuit, but I will definitely participate in this one if it comes to fruition....

Can someone explain what, if any, evidence there for a switch from simvastatin to pravastatin? My husband's doctor said there is new evidence that simvastatin may be detrimental. Unfortunately, my husband did not quiz him further. He already has one stent in a narrow back artery but he has brought his cholesterol down considerably with the statins.

I have been taking simvastatin for three weeks since having a Tia but have also had a flu like cold for ten days , I am still having aching flu like pains which I would have thought would have passed by now . I don't know if this is a side effect of the drug I'm taking 40mg a day but feel really achy will this pass .
