About a month ago I was prescribed a course of Clarithromycin for a skin infection. I have to go to school and drive many places, and having dizzy spells and nausea concern me. I took amoxicillin this past year with no side effects. No nausea or anything. Does that mean that this antibiotic will possibly be the same way? I take my first dose tonight and I don't want to wake up and take it, only to have to miss school again because I cant get to school due to the dizziness and nausea.
Just in case, you can always get one more test, if they both come back negative, then I would double his bet. Your period is not as good of an indicator of your pregnancy as a test. Then in about two to three weeks, if you have not had your period, you can test once more. If it comes back negative, then you really shouldn't be pregnant.

I did have a lot of side effects in the beginning week. This was a different feeling though. I felt out of control. I felt like passing out and that I couldn't stand up. I was really tired too. Amoxicillin in the best sort of penicillin treatment to use during the first tri...bc its not harmful...example: for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis during pregnancy they, treat it in the first tri with amoxicillin if it were found later on like second or third tri theyd prescribe a stronger antibiotic!
