Hey all. I am trying to put together a little book of positive notes for my sad days. Do any of you have songs that help you get through the tough days or quotes? I just want something I can keep with me whenever things get tough. I really want to go home, or atleast go outside.

The hardest part is knowing I made him sad and his mom is sad, I dont like seeing people sad and it keeps making me tear up. I know my decision is what I wanted because I have been thinking about it so long. My mom has been a great help talking to me and my two friends down here. I just need to take a deep breath and say everything will be okay. I am just hoping the next 4 weeks will be fine and I can focus on my fieldwork.

My boyfriend has been the absolute worse I had the IUD removed we both agreed with it when I got pregnant he acted like I stopped taking my birth control without telling him or something would hardly talk to me for days. Yes, its always super hard to leave the kids. Even when you feel like you want a break, you'll end up getting the break and feeling the same way. Sad and worried. I found that about a week after finishing the Incivek I had a period of actually feeling not just a little better, but downright great, and it lasted about 2 weeks before beginning to very gradually slip away.
