s has healed completely, but I am concerned that continued use of Nexium may result in loss of bone and eventual hip fracture. I take calcum, vitamin D, (and other supplements) and exercise regularly, but I can feel my bones "thinning down" (fingers and toes). It is been almost a month that my husband has been struggling with elevated liver enzymes and elevated lymphocytes. The AST level is above 300, AST is around 200. Lymphocytes 22%. Neutrophils normal. Bilirubin normal, TG normal. He was admitted couple of times for severe headache and the elevated liver enzymes. He had spinal tap so meningitis was ruled out. Hepatitis was tested and all was negative. He was partially positive for Lyme but when retested he showed negative.
My liver was elevated july 2020 but I did drink day or two before took that one then took one now 9 weeks postpartum just had baby month and half ago and I don’t eat fried foods at all, I would like to know if 58 alt and 41 ast is severe and can I heal?
Looking at your posted serum data, it appears that your liver is quite happy right now. Both your synthesis and excretory function levels are normal, your A/G ratio is nicely balanced and your liver function enzymes are normal as well. So if your elevated LDH level has caused you concern wrt your liver, you can relax, all appears good.
LDH is a very generalized enzyme that marks tissue damage throughout your body. Every cell, from head to toe, will produce it to some degree.

Hi All - So I got CBC labs done recently and my liver enzymes were normal AST at 35(10-40 range) and ALT at 58(9-60 range) although on the high side of the range, but they were still in the normal range according to the labs.
After more investigation I tested for pancreatic enzymes such as Amylase at 118 (21-101 range) and Lipase at 114 (7-60 range) which were elevated.
