Why I asked this question is ..........recently in my dept, i got an instruction to report protein in urine as trace even if the protein strip shows 'Nil'..... and urine microscopy shows even 10-12 pus cells........
now i want to know whether it is true ...... in all mild urinary infections renal involvement is there?...........or proteinuria occurs......
i hav done heat and acetic acid method to confirm it..........but didnt find anything............please help...
