There are always foods that are better, neutral, and not so good within every category, but since there are so many theories of eating, and different food tolerances, this isn't answerable in general but only in a way that's specific way to you.

He is also being treated for Yeast problems (may be related to an allergy) and is taking Ketoconozole tables and a prescription antihistamine. I am not able to force either of these down his throat.

What it will use in abundance is fat.. healthy fats .If you consume these and eat low carb you will still have the energy.. fat doesn't make you fat.. it certainly doesn't block arteries if you eat the healthy fats.. stay away from vegetable oils (any processed oils) processed foods and you'll do great. Coconut oil is a saturated fat but is extremely healthy.

She only likes yeast rolls..will not touch any other kind of bread. She was an acid reflux baby and from 4mths to 1 year was on prolisec?? or some type of med for acid reflux. She ate well as a baby, then at around age 2 1/2, her Nana had to FORCE baby food. She managed to get one jar of vege/meat a day.
