I also have experienced grinding of my teeth, sweating after I drink soda such as if one was eating spicy food on my forehead and cheeks, always feeling full, erectile dysfunction and it appears retrograde ejaculation.
I do take rogaine and propecia for pattern baldness but I was on propecia for a year and a half before getting the erectile dysfunction and retrograde ejaculation symptoms.
I've been on Finasteride (generic Propecia) for about 18 months. I have no problems with erections or ejaculation, however I don't really care to have sex. I'm 35 and just received a testosterone test with my levels coming in at a 269 (normal is @350). Perhaps I should stop taking it now...

As info, more than likely your is going to fall out with or without Propecia. I don't know how Propecia will effect the treatment drugs but some hair loss will be unavoidable.
My mindset during treatment was the less drugs I had to take, the better off I was because the treatment drugs are very powerful and I didn't want my body to have to metabolize any more drugs than absolutely necessary.

m on propecia...however, my doctor (being pretty cool), prescribed me 5mg Finasteride (i.e. Propecia). I split the pills in half, which is pretty close to the dosage for Propecia. The bottle lasts me two months, and costs me $5 because finasteride is covered on my insurance. I'm 28 years old, soooo....the insurance company DID need my doctor to verify the prescription. My son takes a medication that is specific WITH food and also another that says you pick with food or without food, but stay consistent with it. I think Coreg, from my reading, is food optional but the recommendation is that with food is better because it slows the rate of absorption. This is to prevent orthostatic hypotension (this is when bp drops and you get dizzy when you stand up). If you aren't having that problem by not taking it with food, then may not be a worry for you.
My sex drive is no where near where it was before taking propecia and besides the erections I get in the morning or when I am sleeping, I still do not get spontaneous erections. I also don't get erections unless physically stimulated. My imagination or the sight of an attractive girl doesn't do it like it did prior to taking the drug. I don't feel aroused or want sex hardly ever.
Thus, I need to address my erection problems while still being able to take Propecia. I read that L-Arginine could help with my erectile problems and that it works similar to Viagra. Thus, I began taking L-Arginine, 1500 mg. twice a day. It has helped but it has not solved the problem. I went to my doctor and he gave me a prescription for Viagra, 50 mg. My question is this: Is it safe to occasionally take Viagra if I also take L-Arginine?
Propecia would not cause such side effects I can assure you. Sex drive, libido, and erection issues are possibilities with longterm use of that drug. Not sores. Eliminate this as a possible correlation.
Fleet has provided the best advice. Id follow his instructions and seek a swab and blood test immediately. What you describe sounds like a herpes infection without a doubt. Multiple grouped blisters and swollen nodes are clear indicators.

I have been taking Propecia since 2.5 years at variable doses(0.25 first 6months, 0.5 mg for one year and 1 mg for 1 year till today), In october 2016 my derm put me on accutane 10 mg and minoxiline(100mg) for treating my mild acne, I had been drinking heavily for 5 days before starting my accutane course, 10 days into the course, I started to have Gyno(Unilateral, right breast with a movable tender lump), I dropped accutane and minoxiline and also propecia after 23 days.
The main thing is putting makeup on. I do it much better with my tremor than without, probably from adapting.)
That said, I don't think you've developed ET. Trazodone has a side effect profile that includes incoordination (or ataxia, Medscape refers to it as "incoordination" specifically, though) and tremor as well, which in studies were observed/reported in anywhere from 1-10% of patients in the study. I can hold it in easily for hours. No issues with stream or flow. Symptoms lasted 2 weeks and went away on their own.

I would recommend seeing your Dr and having tests ran. It could be that your testosterone is low, your thyroid is low, or you may just be getting male pattern baldness. Even though it does'nt happen in your family does'nt mean it can't. Yes, there are treatments available, but you need to discuss these with your Dr.
In the last 5-6 months I have had unprotected oral sex (receiving) with 3 women and protected (condom) intercourse with 3 sex workers with some kissing. We have good testosterone as well as bad. Drugs such at rogaine and propecia can help with this, but i personally did not do well on propecia. It did weird things to me.
Propecia is a brand name but it is actually Finasteride.
