I am only 17 and I have a receding hairline. It is not coming out in chunks so I do not believe that it is a serious medical condition. But my hairline is getting pretty bad. I am not sure why, it may genetic or dietary but I want to know a few things.
Will the hairloss stop after I'm done with puberty and come into adulthood?
What could be the possible causes for the hairloss?
Is there anyway to regrow the hair?
Please, I don't want to be bald by the time I am 25.

I am only 23 and have receding hair line with some thinning on top. I went to a dermatologist and she put me on propecia for the hair loss. I also took a blood test and said my iron was low. But other then that I my blood was normal. Is it possible they ran certain tests on my blood and not others which maybe why I am misdiagnosed. I have a follow up in late july. I didnt have this burning sensation before i went to see my doc. And my burning scalp is not a symptom of propecia.

I had very thick hair pre-accutane and i noticed hair-thnning lately and my hairline as also been receding. This is driving me crazy. And in the last 3 months, my hairline over my forehead has receded, and the hair on the left side of the top of my head is very thin. I've stopped wearing my hair up in a bun, but everything I've read says that traction alopecia may be irreversible after a certain point. How do I know if I've let it go on too long? 0, T4F - at 14.0-17.0. I have no other hypothyroid symptoms but constantly receding frontal hairline and thinning eyebrows worry me a lot. I know about the importance of the diet, am taking various supplements for the hair, there is no hereditary problem and I have no menopause symptoms as yet (I'm 50). As far as I understand, my thyroid tests results are low, so perhaps this can be the cause of the hair loss?

When i was young I used to have really thick hair. At the age of 14 I started to masturbate once a week, and when I was 15/16 I would masturbate at least 2-3 times per week. Ive read several articles online about recent studies showing that lifting weights, even just 3 days a week for 45 minutes, can speed the balding process. I have been taking a daily dose of tinzaparin for the last 4 months to treat my bilateral pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis, and i have noticed my hairline receding and my overall head of hair thinning.
so what is happening is that I am noticing a lot of hair strands falling off my hair mostly at night or when I’m showering(not really in the morning) I am not really receding from my hairline but I can see a small line of my scalp above it( I don’t know, I think it might be because I have really thin hair) And most importantly, I have talked to my dad about this and he said that a lot of his family is bald (even him).

I stopped being hard during sex twice with my girlfriend..
Hello I have been using Rogaine and Propecia 1mg a day for the last 6 years , my alts and so on have always been high around 150 , my gastro doctor 6 years ago it is fine to be using it , now I have stage 11 Fibrosis and will
start treatment probably in the next year or so I wil try and wait for telaprevir .
Is it safe to use rogaine & propecia while on treatment ?
To my horror I came across this page and saw your posts. I stopped taking propecia more than a year ago and have not regained any of the sexual funtion i lost while taking the meds. My erections are LAME, my seaman volume is a joke (and it used to come out like a garden hose) and my orgasms dont even feel that great. I can go months and months now without masterbation and dont even feel horny. This NEVER used to happen to me.
