Anxiety can usual lead to other health problems and are commonly linked to depression,
insomnia, low energy, fatigue, decrease in appetite etc..So, YES, I believe it can, but it may also be signs of another underlying illness or one on it's way like a cold perhaps. When I find myself in anxious situations, sometimes after it goes away, I end up taking a nap because \i am so tired from using up so much energy being anxious....
