Hace muchos anos que hable espanol, asi no puedo decirlo en espanol, pero es simple, de veras. Come menos y mejor y move su cuerpo mas. Estan muchos libros de comiendo correcto. Y no especto perder rapidamente -- despacio es mejor. Buena suerte.

hola...mi primer idioma no es el espanol--es el ingles....bueno el mejor momento para chequearte la glucosa es antes de comer. despues de comer los niveles no son "accurate." Si comes debes esperar 2-4 horas despues de comer para chequearte la glucosa, pero si piensas que tu nivel es bajo en cualquier momento cheaquearlo. Espero que entiendas mi mal espanol.

Jose, pues lo siento porque mi espanol es mas o menos, esta diciendo que tu quieres parar en tomando ...? yo creo que va a estar muy dificil que parar las pastillas mientras tu estas tomando cocaina. para mi yo no tomar cocaina primero, era muy dificil pero yo hice. despues yo no tome las pastillas. hay dos maneras que parar, todo a vez o poco a poco. lo siento hay mas personas quien saben mas espanol, favor de esperar. pero sabe, tu puedes hacerlo!!!!

I was diagnosed for missed abortion last May 17,2008 (as seen in the Ultrasound,the baby has no heart beat) i was administered a premarin 0.62 mg every 6 hours, the doctor said to soften the cervix as well as cytotec 200 mg every 8 hours. I was wondering why i should be given premarin? I have read that premarin is mainly estrogen.. Do i need to continuously use this product? They are waiting for me to bleed for them to be able to perform the D&C. Please advise asap...

I took the 1/2 pill with great caution as my mom took premarin for many years and ended up with breast cancer which eventually took her life 5 years ago). So, it could be not the Premarin, since I take that every month, and the premarin cream I've added isn't a large amount. Are you saying that it could be related to my period itself, and the placebo pills, even adding the Premarin? Hmm, but that's monthly, too. Or, it may be the sinus issue acting up again, or just something that can't be named.

Hello: hoping somebody can help me. I have been on Premarin.625mg for 7 months and did very well. Before that, I had tried everything else with very little improvement. Before Premarin I was having hot flashes, anxiety, and terrible insomnia. After the first few days of taking Premarin, I began to notice great improvement. My hot flashes went away and insomnia disappeared. I had a few bumps along the way but then everything balanced out. Now, the old symptoms have returned with a vengeance.
