That is a stronger than normal saline which also has hydrogen peroxide in it. I have a recipe developed by the med school in Missouri, but I prefer the normal saline. I ocassionally use baking soda which just "buffers" the saline for some people. It really is a personal choice as to what you like and what works for you.

There seems to be conflicting information out there regarding how metoprolol (and selective beta blockers) effect potassium levels in the blood... I know that non-selective BB can raise levels, but not sure how selective BB effect potassium levels.
The reason I ask is that I like to have a high-potassium diet to control my palpitations, but wonder if I need to be careful how much I intake...
25 twice a day ir keep it doubled which they did when i was taken back to hospital... my levels were all in normal limits 5 days after initial drop in mag pot and calcium I just am scared they are going to get low again or do reverse and get too high... my docs cant agree I went to a big hospital to get best care and now they are just acting like they have no real idea what to do ...
Gitelman’s syndrome is a rare inherited defect in the renal tubule of the kidneys. This defect causes the kidney to waste magnesium, sodium, potassium and chloride in the urine, instead of reabsorbing it back into the bloodstream. Urine calcium levels are lower than normal, despite normal serum values. This syndrome does not cause kidney failure nor does it cause the kidneys to function abnormally. The kidneys are normal.
My normal range is 120/60. Tachycardia, severe dehydration, and my potassium was low enough after I was given saline, I was infused with potassium by IV. My blood pressure after I was done was 100/73. I’ve had endoscopy and colonoscopy that we’re clear. What are the doctors going to do after the protein test to rule out multiple myeloma?
