Hi, I had a mammogram Aug 27th which that the small node I have had for years has grown. Two days later I had an ultrasound that shows a hypoechoic structure deep within the chest wall and has a hyperechoic notch to it with an appeappearance of a benign lymph node but does not correlate with the position of the mammogram. Given the findings of this ultrasound and enlargemnt of the density on the mammogram biopsy is recommended. My question is would you take it out completely?

Has anyone's partner had sperm chromatin structure analysis (SCSA) to test for fragmented sperm dna? My RE just suggested it. I have had numerous EKGs Echo and holter not to mention blood test to check my thyroid and anemia. I am not sure which direction to go in because the structure of my heart seems to be ok. I also have costrocondritis (inflamation of the rib cage). I am wonedering if there is anything dangerous about my arrythmias if my heart is healthy? Can it be chemical or hormonal?
Is the pitting edema progressive? Are you on pioglitazone? or rosiglitazone? Answers to these questions would further help.

It sounds like your wife will definitely need an additional medication--if not restarting the Pioglitazone, then an alternative. There are lots of different diabetes medications available that will help. Those glucose levels are indeed too high and should be addressed soon. Please ask your wife to contact her doctor as soon as possible(I suggest within the next 2 days a most) and discuss being started on another medication to bring her levels down.

High Fructose Corn Syrup metabolically is as bad as alcohol for the liver.
The majority of processed foods we find in the supermarket have High Fructose
Corn Syrup which can majorly effect obesity and fatty liver.
Other newer insulin-sensitising medicines include pioglitazone. This is not currently recommended for PCOS. For certain people with PCOS, a specialist may advise that metformin be taken. However, further research is needed to confirm the role of these medicines in the treatment of PCOS.
