of sever pain in my chest, but it has moved to my back now also. Its so bad i cant move or take in a deep breath. My doc doesnt seem to know whats going on, or have any intrest in finding out. He put me on some anitbiotics because my white blood cell count was 15.9 ( which is high ) . They arent helping. Im just at a loss. IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN HELP WITH ANY ADVICE ? Im going to call mystery diagnosis when i find out what i have !
Sorry you relapsed but I'm confused. You used Phentermine for pain???Phentermine is a synthetic amphetamine. It doesn't do anything for pain. Also you don't have to taper. It is not physically addicting...only psychologically addicting.... Throw them out and you will be tired and depressed for a few days. These are really bad for your physical and mental health so hope you can stop taking them. God bless.
33f, DM 2, Been taking Metformin XR 500mg 2 pills x2 a day. Started phentermine after trying invonkana, and trulicity to bring my a1c down. Mid January 2017 I started the phentermine. Towards the end of February 2017 I had ketones in my urine and was in ketosis. I was excercisin religiously and watching my carb intake.i was eating between 100 to 150gms of carbs. I was not on a ketogenic diet. After that visit i have been extremely ill. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
m curious why more studies have not been conducted to study the correlation between phentermine and acne? Acne is not listed as a possible side effect of phentermine, but phentermine is considered a methamphetamine; methamphetamines are known to causes acne. I am a biology teacher and am frustrated that medical professionals are not confirming the overwhelming reports of acne being associated with phentermine. Is it a conspiracy????
I'm on 30mg phentermine. ive been taking it for 3 weeks now. lost 4lbs, ate one good meal, and gained it back all in one day. I was down to salads and water, with no results what so ever. It also makes me very, very sleepy. I need to lose the weight, but nothing working.. any comments anyone has would be greatly appreciated!
In January of 2015 I started taking Phentermine in just 3 months I lost a total of 50 lbs it was amazing than I became pregnant and had my baby in December of 2015 I breast fed her for 2 months than I decided to start back with phentermine to my surprise Phentermine was no longer helping me I was doing exactly what I did in the beginning 1200 calories a day 30 min work out 3 times a week but I would get crazy hungry at night I felt light headed and even though I worked out I still felt so lazy
I took Phentermine for 2 years in my youth.lol They have not banned Phentermine, they banned Phen/Fen. They took the second part of the diet cocktail off the market because it was causing heart damage. I used to take it for energy, cuz I was a shallow work out freak. When I stopped taking it, the only withdrawal I had was zero energy. Because you are not taking speed anymore. You wont get sick. But it will take you time to get your real energy back. The big problem you have now is the xanax.
I have been taking Phentermine for about a week and I have a lot of red, ichy bumps (they look and are symptomic as mosquito bites generally behave). If I didn't know better I would think they were mosquito bites! They are contained on my torso, sides and back - these presented after about 3 days on Phentermine, and I cannot belive that I would end up with 30+ mosquito bites in one day - they all appeared overnight. Can this be a reaction to the Phentermine?
Then a week or so later I get some phentermine diet pills and do the same, use/abuse a few days then trash. This has been going on since late January. Before that I battled with pain med abuse for well over a year. I've not had pain meds since Jan of this year. I like the speedy feeling of the vyvanse and phentermine, but not the lack of sleep, dry mouth and other side effects. I want to get out of this cycle!
Back in June this year (2010), I started taking Phentermine for weight loss. About a week into the treatment I had an intensely itchy hive wheal on my right hand and also itchy skin on the backs of my legs just under my buttocks. I thought it could have been a dust allergy because I know I'm allergic to dust, among many other things. I went off the Phentermine, and the wheal never went away, but it didn't bother me too much either.
I started having nausea, on Tuesday, which was somewhat relieved by vomiting Tuesday evening. However, I have continued having nausea every day since then which begins in the morning and lasts all day, whether or not I eat. Some days I have vomited others I haven't. I do get more nauseous when standing and even more nauseous the longer I stand in one place, which also makes me light headed & increases my headache pain. I went to my doctor Friday.
i have been taking lortab 10/500 & ambien for about 7 years. i am currently taking hydrocodone compound 15mg(5day), klonopin& alazopram, phentermine(3day), and when i fill a script for ambien i will take up to 7 late afternoon. i will also take the ambien and klonopin throughout the day if i am out of pain meds. i dont know were to start, i have hit rock bottom. i try to stop taking one then start abusing another.
How much phentermine is too much? I took 8 (37.5) today all spaced out about 2 per 6 hours. I can't sleep and I am really thirsty but that seems to be about it. I just don't want to overdose.

I do know that you should be questioning the phentermine though. I take BP med's for my blood pressure and went on phentermine ~1 1/2 years ago to loose weight as a last choice thing. I took 1/2 doses due to the incline in my BP and was having chest pains. I did loose 51 pounds in 6 months in which was great, plus full of energy while on it. Though in the last year it has all came back, plus now my energy level has sunk.
I have symmetrical pain and inflammation in my hands, knees and feet. My lower back feel like it's on fire most of the time. I started taking Phentermine 37.5MG right before Christmas day 2010 and by December 26th, I started having problems with my left side and by December 28th my left side went completely numb and pain started shooting all over my head. By December 31st I was in the ER. I had all types of blood tests ran and a CAT Scan. I am now going through massage therapy to help with the tightness and swelling. My left side is still swollen and no DR's have been able to determine the cause.

I starting using the phentermine after i stopped using cocaine after 15 years and gained a lot of weight. dr. 1st prescribed to loose weight because he did not know I was a recovering addict, and wala plecibo! I feel all i did was trade the illegal drug for a legal one, although i have purchased phentermine off the internet for years.
