ortho-tri-cyclen

Avatar f tn Huh, interesting. I did know the ability to order online existed, but have to agree that it sounds risky. Thanks for that info!
Avatar f tn t keep my skin under control without being on the pill, so I saw my gyn and she suggested I might feel better if I have a steady dose of hormones instead of the varying levels Tri Sprintec provided. She prescribed Sprintec, which I will be starting next week. Could you help me understand the difference of how these two similar pills work? I know they are the same hormones, but how much do the levels differ?
Avatar f tn Hi Kay, Here is something you may find intresting Tri-Sprintec contains female hormones and therefore alters your female gynecological symptoms. Tri-Sprintec typically causes nausea, bloating, stomach cramps, breast pain, vaginal discharge, menstrual irregularities and changes in your appetite and weight. Tri-Sprintec can affect your appearance and cause increased hair growth, loss of hair or freckling of your skin. It can cause nervousness, a headache and fatigue.
Avatar n tn I got my blood test done and pregnancy test done and everything came out good but got prescribed metformin, progesterone, and 3 month supply of Tri-Sprintec for a regulation of my period. I am on week 3 on my first pack of birth control as i already finished the 12 prescribed progesterone pills that i had to take and still on my supply on metformin. Now my question here is, my husband and want to get pregnant what should i do?
Avatar f tn i finished my sprintec 7 day placebo pills on sat 18th May and due to refill issues was not able to start my new pack with active pills until 29th May. I started the pack like normal and have continued to take so. However between the 19th until now (June 10th) I have had unprotected sex. I’ve read a lot of contradictory information online regarding how long I was protected for after my last placebo pill. Should I test for pregnancy?
Avatar m tn I just started using the birth control Sprintec a week ago. I had a stroke on Monday. I cannot walk well, but other than that I have recovered quickly. I will be 20 on Saturday. I am only 19. I want to know how many others are out there who have taken sprintec and either had a TIA or a stroke due the birth control...is there anyone else?
Avatar f tn which was about 3 months ago I started taking Tri-Sprintec birth-control and I had an AWFUL reaction to it and turns out I was allergic to the high dosage of the acne-clearer in it. Last month I switched to YAZ. But, when I first started with the Tri- Sprintec I noticed these bumps which looked a bit like herpes but I don't know for sure in my mouth near my uvula and they are spreading in the back of my mouth. My stomach and abdomen have been acting up and I dont know what is wrong.
Avatar n tn My next cycle was regular 28days. One day 1 of my period I started tri-sprintec, but discontinued it after 3 pills. This month my period is now going on 5 days late and 2 pregnancy tests have been negative. Is this normal? I did have unprotected sex during this month, but my husband did not ejaculate inside of me. Please help...
Avatar f tn I received oral sex by a prostitute, I'm married I'm gonna order online but don't know which one is better, I wanna take gonorrhea and chlamidya, how long should I wait for a window period on this too?
Avatar f tn I was taking BC sprintec (3 month doses) at the time in which my BC stopped working...aka I was having a period every month instead of every three months and it was happening while on active pills. After my period, I got intense vulva irritation, felt like a stabbing knife that would come and go throughout the day. Redness and swelling of vulva. No lesions. No blisters. No fever. No tingles. I got tested for everything under the sun with the only hit was on my HSV IGM coming up...
Avatar f tn I have been taking Sprintec for almost a month now and its caused my breasts to swell and nausea so far, but those side effects have gone away. Now my vaginal area is itchy and uncomfortable and I think it might be the pills. Should I call my doctor and set up an appointment to check and make sure its the pills and nothing serious?
Avatar n tn Ive be taking sprintec for 3months forgot to refill my prescription so I have missed 4 pills in a row sunday-wednesday they would all be blue pills. I have had intercourse with in theses days. Should I take a pregnancy test before I start back on the pill? If so when should I take the pregnancy test?
977806 tn?1249067346 Is there anyone that has ordered from Canada online and if so do you have any recommendations for an online pharmacy. Thanks for any information.
Avatar m tn Where can i order cialis online? What is the most dependable and trusted pharmacy? Basically im looking to purchase viagra/cialis (not necessarily the trademark brands, but something that works the same) online, because its much cheaper. However i have no idea where to look, and theres just too numerous scam sites around. So i was wondering whether anyone knew a good forum community which could help me and advise me on where to buy these kind of Ed treatment pills.
Avatar f tn I do see/have all those options on my cell phone and I do 99% of my online stuff on my cell. But, maybe I can try to use uor site more on my pc. Thank you.
10370221 tn?1409648755 Hello! I have been taking birth control pills (Sprintec) nonstop for 7 years now. I am currently in Europe (will be here for a while) and I am about to run out of pills. I have not found a doctor here yet who can prescribe me more. I am also not able to get in contact with my OBGYN in America. Everyone I talk to here (family, friends, etc.) say that I should just take a break from BC.
Avatar f tn I am very stressed out about not being able to afford this medicine. As an alternative, I am really considering ordering from canada online pharmacy. Has anyone ordered any kind of prescriptions thru the internet? Please shed some light. Thank you.
Avatar n tn Hello, if a person takes their birth control (Tri Sprintec) every night at 9pm, but forgets to take it at 9pm one night and has sex from 930pm to 1030pm, and then remembers to take it again at 12 midnight (3 hours late), is there a chance for pregnancy?
Avatar f tn Is it safe to order medication from online pharmacies? Are these sites genuine?
Avatar m tn Did anyone else here realize that you cant order online saliva or blood test if you live in CA or NY. Thats the most rediculous thing ive heard. Im paying for it. Oh well, iguess its just to keep the local labs busy, like their not busy enough.

Avatar f tn I am going to be going on vacation in October and of course my period is expected to start right in the middle of the trip. I am on tri sprintec, which I realize is a triphasic pill so there are different hormones every week. I know if I skip the sugar pills then start a new pack that I will most likely have break through bleeding.
541953 tn?1262586226 I found out my son, is and can buy soma online...if you have the $ when they are delivered by ups to your door they are your...anyone else hear of this?
Avatar f tn ok i have a question. I take sprintec birth control. On saturday, I had a doctors appt and somehow forgot to take my birth control pill... and had sex that night.. but we used a condom. The next day when I took my birth control pill, I didn't realize that I was taking a white pill(instead of the blue pill which corresponded with Sunday). I didn't realize this until Monday at work, when I was going to take my pill for Monday and realized that Sunday's pill was there as well.
Avatar f tn I was on Ortho Tri for nine years, no problems. After switching to sprintec, the pills no longer worked. I was having periods while on the active pills and my vulva became dry and irritated (like a knife stabbing it). I can't get the pain to go away. Anyone else with this problem?
1430817 tn?1283289443 I have been takin my birth control (tri-sprintec) since march but i dont take it the same time everyday! should i be worry bout getting pregnant???
Avatar m tn Yesterday my dermatologist prescribed me 25mg Spironolactone 2xD and Tri-Sprintec BCP to help clear my skin up. I trust her judgement with placing me on both of those medications, but what worries me is that it may be too much of a hormone change for my body. I know that birth control pills increase estrogen levels in the body and that spironolactone is an antiandrogen drug, and naturally the body will replace androgens with estrogen.
