for Ondansetron instead. It is much more effective, safe with Incivek, and not sedating. It costs a little more, but it's not too expensive to buy out of pocket if your insurance doesn't cover it. Also, even though Promethazine isn't listed as interacting with Incivek, both of the 2 doctors who are overseeing my tx agreed there was some risk with it.
