ocella and bactrim

Hello.. I been on Ocella for almost 2 months. and ever since I started taking it my breast have been very sore, there are days where I can not even sleep or stand having my bra on thru out the day. They hurt if I touch them, run or make any fast move. I did get my period which it was not that heavy being that I hadnt had a period for over a year. Could that be the problem?

The only medicine she was taken was the birth control pill, Ocella. She was overweight, and at times showed signs of high blood pressure, otherwise healthy. I want to know if there is any relation between seizures and birth control pills. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I was wondering if switching birth control pills could have helped maximize the anxiety. I switched from yaz to ocella and have only been on ocella for a few months and the anxiety started like a month ago.

Did you make sure to give the pills (when you tried both ocella and lybrel) a few cycles to work? I know it's annoying, and in the mean time you have a life to contend with... But sometimes it takes a while for these things to work. It's weird that ocella (generic Yasmin, I think) would make you bleed, because that is usually one they give to women who have problems with breakthrough bleeding. How long did you try it before you quit?

I have been on Ocella for the past 10 months. I'm finding that the past few months I am consistently anxious and depressed. I am concerned that it could be the birth control that I am on. I would like to know if there are any b.c. pills that limit this side effect. I also find that my libido is less strong. All of these symptoms are affecting my relationship. Any suggestions?

I am currently on Ocella (generic for Yasmin), I have been on it for almost a month, I start the inactive pills tomorrow night. Before I took Ocella, I was taking Yaz(and I switched immediatly). My last period lasted for 3-4 days. I should start my period on March 11th. Yesterday I had light pinkish/red blood when I wiped and some cramping and now I am having light brown discharge that is odorless. I have not missed any pills, and I do have unprotected sex.

Okay, I am on the birth control Ocella and I just got done with my period a week or so ago. My boyfriend and I had sex sunday and he came in me, then yesterday we did it twice and he came in me both times. I'm worried about possibly being pregnant. Is it possible to get pregnant even if i take my pill everyday at the same time all the time??

I had a UTI that I have not recovered from and in blood work I had low WBC and low neutrophils with slightly elevated monocytes. I still feel I have the UTI and going back to Urgent Care Cnter. I understand that Bactrim kills folic acid. Isn't folic acid related to production of neutrophils? If so is it safe for me to take Bactrim?

Earlier in May I missed three days of my pills and started to bleed. So I stopped taking it because I was going into my placebo week. I had my period then stopped for a day or two then started spotting that's never happen to me. I got my new pack and started taking them and now I feel nauseous as ever and I'm in my second week going to my third week...

I have been diagnosed with MRSA and been treated three times rounds of Bactrim. I currently have an outbreak of the MRSA sores I need to pick up another round of Bactrim and now on the inside of my two index fingers the skin is peeling like a blister was there and then popped. The raw skin beneath hurts like a blister was there, however, there were no blisters on my fingers. Is this related to the MRSA?

My dog scratched my arm over 2 weeks ago. I have kept it cleaned and civered with Neosporin. I am 62 anh have had problems the past year with thinning skin and bleed under the skin easily. :-(. Last night I noticed a small,red area above it on my firearm with a small pustule which I broke and cleaned. Then noticed one on my side under my arm and did the same. I am experiencing UTI symptoms, fatigue, my whole body is very sore and achy especially my neck and shoulders and lower back. Have been through 2 weeks of Bactrim DS and three days after I finished meds...the UTI symptoms came back in full force including urinating blood (OUCH!). My dr prescribed another 20 days of Bactrim last Wednesday and called today to tell me that when they cultered the urine again it was resistent to Bactrim so he called me in something else.

But I thought I would ask, is anyone that has PCOS symptoms (high testosterone, insulin resistance) and on BCP on any other BCP besides Yasmin, and does it control PCOS symptoms? Have you seen any side effects?

I was diagnosed with a bladder infection and a vaginal infection. I assume its bacterial vaginosis because my doctor prescribed Bactrim and Metrogel. But because I have Raynaud's Syndrome, I can't use Metrogel. So my doctor has now prescribed Cipro. But how would either one help with the vaginosis? And as for the bladder infection, couldn't I just take one because they both treat UTIs?

Recently I switched to nights and I've found it difficult to maintain taking my birth control on time ( I've been on ocella for years). Before my bf and I started having sex I had one very brown only slightly bloody period for a few days. We had sex for the first time (protected) around June 12 and around June 23 I had very dark brown bleeding for about 2-3 days. too early for my period. I'm worried it may be implantation bleeding.

I started Bactrim 3/12/ for staph infection caused from a sebaceous cyst that popped only in partial. The PCP Then switched to Doxycycline 100 mg. on 4/18, but was only able to take for 5 days, due to side effects. Therefore, my PCP switched me back to bactrim, on 4/23 until a repeated bacteria test result from a sebaceous cyst that he drained, showed negative for any WCB's or organism. Having some lower abdominal soreness and have noted cloudy urine and now a whitish discharge from my penis. Began Bactrim and Cipro yesterday, along with Ibuprofen. I am working out of the country, so tracking down a Urologist or even a general practice doctor that speaks good enough English for me to understand, and for them to understand me, is a challenge. Gianvi is the same formulation as Yaz, execept in generics fillers are different. Ocella is supposed to be the same as Yasmine, but fillers are diferrent and I reacted differently on ocella. Yaz has 24 pils and Yasmine 21. Yaz is supposed to take care of the PMDD symtoms better. 10. My MIND is a lot cleared on YAZ but the side effects and physical effects are unhealthy and I have not been able to engage in excercise etc because of the symtoms.

My doctor put me on Bactrim for a sinus infection. I have had a slight reaction to it in the past. A couple hours after taking it I started getting a really bad itch on my penis. The skin under the helmet also swelled way up and it hurts a bit. I've taken Bactrim about 5 days now and the skin directly under the lip of the helmet has been peeling and is really sore. My doc says I'm not alleric to Bactrim and this is a coincidence but I'm not sure.

its from the bactrim i take it and get the same rash on my penis within an hour just never put two and two together look it up bactrim and penis rash and a many people get it.

I took care not to have a sip of alcohol, I did however have a N-acutely tyrosine supplement (includes B6), a b-complex vitamin (also had b6, folate, no potassium though), a magnesium supplement and 5mg of adderall (prescribed daily and earlier in the morning) and a bromelian supplement. Within about 30-45 min of taking the supplements a started to feel nauseous, had to leave an even immediacy and vomited repeatedly, also had very shortness of breath and almost fainted.
