Nuts and dried fruit, nut butters, vegan cheese, keep your calories and fat intake up, since you are taking Riba, keep your water intake up too. Avoid most herbal teas, and caffeine, of course. Lots of small meals a day really helps, every 2 hours or so. Drinking the water really is important. I craved salt too, probably because of all the water. Rest, don't over do it, take small breaks during the day if possible. I found I couldn't do any exercise other than stretching.
