This sounds like an allergy problem -- you don't say you have a sinus infection, and even if you did they usually go away without treatment. Taking antibiotics would get rid of an infection but increase your allergy problem. The best thing is to find out what you're allergic to -- food, material, toxins, pollens, whatever -- and avoid them, and work to keep your immune system in check to control inflammation. Allergies are not easy to deal with, though.
