I GET KETAMINE INFUSION EVERY 2 MONTHS FOR TWO THREE HOUR SESSIONS. HAD 6 DAY INPATIENT KETAMINE INFUSION, 6 DAY IVIG INPATIENT INFUSION AND 6 DAY LIDOCAINE INPATIENT INFUSION WHEN IN 4TH DAY I SUFFERED FROM LIDOCAINE TOXICITY & HAD TO BE TAKEN OFF INFUSION. NOTHING HAS HELPED. MY CONDITION IS ONLY GETTING WORSE WITH TIME. SUFFERED SINCE 2009. ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE ANY FEEDBACK. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO OFFER.

Hi, whew, that's rough. I'm sorry! So, first. Lidocaine patches. What about lidocaine cream? It's cheap, REALLY cheap. I've gotten it on Amazon for under 6 dollars a tube. You can spend more as well and it is going to last you and go a lot further than 2 patches. And I use it and it is helpful. You could look for alternatives. They also make a spray, also inexpensive. Ketamine infusions I've heard are pretty amazing.

For anyone reading this who feels their life and their personality is being overwhelmed by having CPS, consider Ketamine. Find yourself a ketamine specialist , make an appointment and go in for a chat. You have nothing to loose. I hope your lucky like me and receive a very welcome benefit from it. My suggestion though, if you and your doctor decide to go ahead, keep the number of people you tell to a minimum.

He said I probably have IC and pedundal neuropathy, and before I knew what was going on, the doc jammed a straight catheter into my urethra and injected a mixture of heparin and lidocaine into my bladder. As an ex ketamine addict I know the seriously damaging effect ketamine can have on the body and am shocked to hear that a doctor is willingly prescribed it to a patient as a means of helping them. Stretching and strengthening exercises are the mainstay of treatment and need to be performed several times in a day. Other than this anesthetics such as lidocaine, BOTOX and steroids can be injected into the muscle. However, use of lidocaine and botox has its own side effects. m prescribed a lidoderm 5% patch, which is basically a patch infused with lidocaine. It helps with the nerve/muscle type pain I have in the lower left leg facing outward. By itself, for bad pain it wouldn't be worth the money, but I'm prescribed Lortab 10/650's ( a narcotic ) and the two used together seem to help lower this pain better than either one treatment alone.

I currently take Gabapentin, Lansoprazole, Laxido Sachets, Magnesium, Lidocaine Cream and recently added is Morphine (MST) and Salbutamol Inhaler. I am at the maximum dose of Gabapentin for the nerve pain and I am currently waiting for a specialist appointment with a neurologist. Since taking Morphine my asthma has flaired which has resulted in me taking alot of my reliever inhaler which has worsened my sleep, anxiety and caused muscle tension/cramps.

Hi I had surgery 2 weeks ago to try and deal with nerve damage in my foot caused by a misplaced screw during another surgery last year. The nerve damage was extensive, and the surgeon cut three branches of my tibial nerve, removed the damaged areas, and then placed nerve implant tubes to try and reconnect the nerves that were cut. I had a lot of burning pain pre-op, and now I have developed severe stabbing-like pains in my operative foot.

In 2009 went tyo emory because i had a spinal cord tear from c3 to t10 shunt put in it was a cyst full of spinal fluid pain severe they put in a morphine pump but it does not help arm pain says it is on a different nerve path .

I get so confused here with who has what (sometimes I don't remember my own issues!) I've never tried it, but I have tried Voltaren gel, a prescription, which I thought did make a difference. I 'm scheduled for my first ketamine infusion tomorrow and now at the last minute , I am getting scared. The lidoderm patch I cut to fit my hand, where the worst of my pain is, but I also use it whole on my hip, where I also have extreme arthritis pain. I'd ask your doctor about a prescription cream.

I tend to slip in and out of dependency according to pain levels and depression about it. I stay far away from oxy and morphine because they are very difficult for people to quit. Vicodin makes me sluggish and sad. I lose connections and sulk in my bed. I just stopped all about a week ago. Feeling a bit better. Still depressed with another RF medical procedure looming. I'm worried. Anyone else in this boat? Any personal advice from experience is welcome. You have to be here to know.
