Since July of this year I have been experiencing intense pain. It started in my hands and feet, spread to my other joints, and now it's just pain all over my body. I found out I have a Vitamin D deficiency and have been taking whopping doses of it every day that my dr prescribed. My rheumatologist tested me for autoimmune diseases because my mother has one and I had other symptoms that made him go that route (Raynaud's, photosensitivity, and hair loss).

i actually had to be on mobic for a while. its generic name is meloxicam..its a nonsteriodal anti inflammitory. i am no longer taking it, but its good and works well.

so they perscribe me tramodol, baclofen, mobic and amitripoline. they help some but i am limited on movement and i lost my job for my condition now i cant get a job. i was told that i should stop taking my meds and get a job by my doctor today. sounds like he wants me in pain. i get so bad that i cant get out of the car or be to lift my legs to walk. steps are really hard to do. i have had physical therapy for 6 months and they discharged me. they stated that i wasn't getting better.

m natural with no chemicals in my hair and I have never had a problem with hair loss. I went from thick long hair to thin short hair. This is so sad. Hair loss is not a side effect of Lithium, but a thyroid disorder will cause hair loss. See an Endocrinologist for an evaluation, If anything is out of whack in our endocrine systen it impacts all our major organs, as well as causing anxiety and depression. Take care.

This has been very upsetting for me losing so much hair , but I was told that hair loss is a side effect of methadone, not sure about other opiates. I am weaning off my methadone, down to 22mgs and I notice my hair is just starting to come back in. Has this happened to any of you?
