miscarriage

Avatar f tn All three I have had a pelvic exam and a vaginal ultrasound to confirm pregnancy and to see how far along I was. My current pregnancy is high risk and I still had the exam done at 8 weeks. I'm not sure how to anwser your question but I would be asking your doctor or nurse some questions.
7890617 tn?1398081296 Congrats to u all! I'm 10+1 due 11/16 and this is my second pregnancy, I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks back in November. Really hoping all goes well this time around. Been really tired and recently developed a meat aversion but all good otherwise. Noticed when I don't drink enough water I have some light cramping so I'm chugging water constantly now. Good luck to u all! Happy to see I'm not the only newcomer.
Avatar f tn I was 440 at 4 weeks, 3300 at 5 weeks and then 38000 at 6 weeks. Had a scan at 7.5 weeks to confirm viable pregnancy due to previous miscarriage. Im now 32 weeks with my baby girl! When you go into get your results ask them for a print out as it should list what the expected HCG range is for each week up to 12. They do this in Australia at least.
Avatar f tn I was constantly worried in the beginning but you cant stress, it's not good for the baby. I told myself If it is going to happen there is nothing I can do to stop it so try to enjoy being pregnant. :) I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms for most of the pregnancy and that worried me. I think there was only one weeks where i felt sick. Now im almost 33 weeks and tired lol. and my body is starting to hurt.
Avatar f tn No not necessarily, I had two miscarriages before this pregnancy so I was really worried this pregnancy and in the beginning I had a lot of cramping and back pain as well, its normal as everything is preparing to stretch.
Avatar f tn t be either and some women do experience some sort of spotting at the beginning of pregnancy just as long as its not dark red or heavy bleeding. And if it puts your mind at ease you are almost in the 2nd trimester and the likely hood of a miscarriage is there but the possibility drops significantly.
Avatar n tn It was curious the chances of miscarriage at 15 weeks.. I worry all the time and wanna make sure my baby is still alive and kicking. I need to put my worries to rest. Thank you!
Avatar f tn Sadly anything can happen at any stage of pregnancy. Most say that the beginning your second trimester is normally when you're set and it's safer to tell other people and ect. But thats not always the case. Just gotta go day by day and not stress about what can happen thats bad. Look at the good that can happen. Your blessed with another baby, what things are you gonna get if its a girl, or if its a boy. Be excited, not fearful. Good luck.
20922415 tn?1661860103 Furthermore, low progesterone levels increase the risk of miscarriage in early pregnancy. Experts, therefore, recommend that in these cases progesterone should be given to support the pregnancy.
Avatar n tn Miscarriages are more common than people think. As a matter of fact, about 25 percent of women who become pregnant have a miscarriage at some point in their life. It can even happen early enough that the woman never knows she was pregnant. Between 15 and 20 percent of all diagnosed pregnancies end in a miscarriage in the first or early second trimester. Chance chromosomal errors that occur while the embryo is first developing are the chief causes of most first trimester miscarriages.
Avatar f tn t keep having misscarriages so try to wait at least 6 months and good luck to you for when you do get pregnant again try no soda first 12 weeks says caffeiene can cause misscarriages to and drink lots of water and get lots of sleep and just take care of you emotionally and physically ...
Avatar f tn This time baby and I are perfectly healthy. At the beginning of this pregnancy I was really scared it would happen again so it was difficult for me to get emotionally attached to her. Once I was a few weeks into the second trimester though I started to fall in love with her, and now I love seeing her at my ultrasounds and feeling her move all the time:) give yourself time to grieve and your body enough time to heal and try again. It is scary but it's so worth it.
Avatar m tn I was just curious if you thought there was a chance I may be experiencing an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. Also, this is my second pregnancy. I know I'm probably just over reacting, but my first pregnancy went so smoothly, this one has me on edge.. and it's only the beginning. Also, this is my first post on here, so if there are other posts related to this same topic.. links would be wonderful.
Avatar f tn Just wondering. I went to the ER with my first pregnancy because of severe cramping with bleeding my levels were in the 500s I was supposed to be around 4-5 weeks. I ended up having a miscarriage & my levels went up at first then they went very low. Im not sure this is the case for you but I pray that it isnt. I hope everything works out!!
Avatar m tn You could have had a chemical pregnancy. Some drs won't consider a level under 5 as pregnant.
Avatar n tn No its a normal pregnancy symptom and will last your WHOLE pregnancy. Gets really annoying. If you have a lot of it you might want to invest in panty liners.
Avatar f tn Since I found put I was pregnant the unnerving fear of miscarriage has been on my mind non stop. I read in What to expect when your expecting" that a greyish discharge is a sign that pregnancy is about to terminate and I noticed a dark I would say greyish discharge and I am scared to death. Does that always mean a miscarriage has started?
Avatar f tn Go see your doctor. But blood clots aren't always a sign of miscarriage. I had a few in the beginning of my pregnancy & I'm due soon with a healthy baby.
Avatar f tn Try to relax I worried also at the beginning of my pregnancy now I'm due tomorrow and so far he's healthy and I had no complications with my pregnancy..good luck!
Avatar f tn It is so common to miscarry at or age. My sister had 7 miscarriages and now a peeps mom of 2. At age 42. Keep the faith and have fun trying.

1854861 tn?1333474904 I'm six and a half wks pregnant with my first child. My biggest fear so far is miscarriage. I hate to worry so much because I know stress can cause miscarriage itself. Is there any way I can ease this fear? I'm almost 23, active, stable long term relationship, no history of miscarriage in family, quit smoking day before pregnancy confirmation, non drinker, no drugs. But this is my first child out of MY uterus.
Avatar f tn Cramping is very very normal in early pregnancy, I had cramps that felt like WORSE than period cramps, and I was just fine! Also spotting throughout an entire pregnancy doesn't necessarily mean a miscarriage. Have you been checked for an infection? I spotted awful in early pregnancy because I had a nasty UTI with no symptoms! Also, sex can cause spotting because the cervix is sensitive during pregnancy! Don't stress hun, stressing makes things worse!!
Avatar f tn Had a miscarriage in nob or dec of 2011 . Got pregnant for my oldest son August of 2012 and had him may of 2013 .
361454 tn?1312054856 I also have NO pregnancy symptoms like I did before in my past 2 pregnancies... Is this more than likely the beginning of a miscarriage??? I have an apt. Tuesday to see the heartbeat but am afraid that things aren't looking good!!!
