, just went through the hysterectomy thing and I am constanly HOT, I do not know if it is actually hot flashes or has to do with my other problems, Doc beleives I have AS an dI think that someone else mentioned being hot all the time to.

Wow Kraz - I am sorry that you have had to deal with the problem from Mirapex. I too have RLS and have been on Mirapex for about 2 years, but fortunately have not had a problem with gambling. I am an addict, but have been doing good with that too. Interesting though, your post made me think, there are other things that if I really look at it, I probably do in excess - and have been doing more since on Mirapex. Wonder if there is a connection there.

Every time i do anything that exerts energy such as cleaning and then i go to lay down i get really bad hot flashes

I want to know if this causes hot flashes with normal glucose levels at the time? Or with high glucose levels? I get hot flashed quite frequently and my temp rises. Sometimes up to 99.1, other times lower. I am a male so menopause is out. I am on Humalog and Lantus for insulin. Any help would be great. Thank you.

I'm 29+6, and I am having crazy hot flashes n insomnia. When I am able to sleep I wake up drenched n cold from sweat. This is my 4th pregnancy and I've never experienced this before. I got hot flashes first trimester. Now at almost 20 weeks I wake up every time in a full on sweat.

If you have any other symptoms, get checked for any virus or other sickness, but just hot flashes is usually normal. I have them, mostly at night, and our bedroom is in the basement where it's nice and freezing. Just stay hydrated and hopefully they let up. They should go away post pregnancy. Good luck!

I had been on HRT for years only to come to a point where a lump in my breast scared me. I stopped the HRT 3 mos ago and am now getting hot flashes where every crevice and skin is damp or wet and the heat omg... I do not want to go back on HRT to concerned now... Women out there do you know of anything natural I can take? I am on 10 mg of lispinol for high BP thats it..Thanks in advance for your help!

m not going through menopause, yet I have hot flashes randomly. Anyone else have this problem? Is it related to the blood pressure? I'm almost positive it started before they started me on any of the meds, so I don't think it's a side effect . . . but then again, my memory isn't always golden. Ha!
