You may feel a little light headed or your heart might be a little racy but that's normal. I have used both of these meds wwhile on suboxone and lane pils. I have taken propanolbefore but it did nothing. Also you should be getting Botox. It was the only that big that stopped my daily headaches. If your dr won't die it find one that will.

I read that too much potassium doesn’t work well while on propranolol because while on it the body does not excrete potassium as normally and you can get levels that are too high. Could this be the cause or is there an adjustment period while taking propranolol? I’ve been drinking pomegranate juice and cherry juice, 4 oz of each, with breakfast this past week.
