I've had a problem with chronic constipation for years, these last 8-10 it has gotten better to when I go once a day. Now, I found out I was pregnant last week Monday and I've been eating the same way plus prenatal belly bar vitamins. Now these last 3 days I haven't #2d but I urinate 10-15 times a day. What can I use? Right now I eat a pack of fresh express spinach a day, more than enough friut 1 gallon of water and kashi granola. Any suggestions?
