Hello there, It's best not to buy any junk food at all. You have to stop cold turkey when it comes to binge eating. Buy healthy foods, lots of fruit and vegetables. Don't eat in front of the TV. I think that's referred to as mindless eating, junk food , example, potato chips etc. Try and drink lots of water. It's good for you, helps to flush out your system and it fills you up. My biggest problem was potato chips. I really enjoy the saltiness and the crunch.
