m getting nervous because I hear that levora is a low dose pill and they are easy to get pregnant on.. I usually take it at 8 am sometimes I'm an hour late but usually I always take it at 8. I'm on the third week of my pack so I should be starting my period next week. I just need some peace of mind because I'm really nervous.
i'm not sure about this but i just went to the clinic and got switched back onto my old birth control today in hopes that my anxiety will go away. about six or seven months ago i stopped taking yasmin because i just didn't feel like dealing with having to rememeber to take a pill everyday....(lazy i know).
t work, so my Gyn re-prescribed Levora 3 weeks ago. Within a few days of taking Levora again I noticed that I was much more mentally vulnerable and by the third week on Levora I was completely destroyed emotionally and mentally. This last weekend I had very strong desires to kill myself by stabbing myself repeatedly. I have a great husband who has helped me stay safe and talked me through the difficult times. I am not ready for a hysterectomy/ooverectomy yet.
So I took Levora from the age of like 14 through 26 (I went off of it around age 23 and got pregnant shortly after so I didn't get back on it until I stopped breastfeeding). I started getting my period very young (age 9) and I don't recall them being too irregular. Normally they'd be about 28 - 32 days in between periods. So a little irregular but still not too irregular. They were also always very heavy and painful, hence why my mother opted to put me on Levora.
Im on levOra, have been for 5 mOnths. I have horrible allergies so last week I took 1 antibiotic pill to try & stop my symptoms. This was about 5 days ago. Will I get pregnant if I have sex unprotected?
I want to know if it is possible to take the pill to regulate my cycle, as well as to lessen the cramps and the bleeding. I have had two periods since I had my son the first one was short and sweet but the second one was awful. I had to change every hour. I have never had cramps or extremely heavy bleeding but now I have both. I don't even get any relief pain wise until I take four pills. I don't want to get into to much detail but its bad.
hi im 18 years old and about 2 months ago my boyfriend and i had protected sex and ive been on Levora regularly, and never missed a pill. I got my regular period(or so i think) about a week after that(on time) but it was a little lighter that usual but same length of time. The next month I got my period on time as well.
Hi, I started my BC pill on the 31 august like two weeks before my period date, its still few days until my period and I'm getting tommy pains for the last 3 days and breast tenderness. Am I going to get period on the date that I normally would or will the taking the BC pill before my period slow it down? I don't have 21 day pills but 28, no placebo. Will I still get my period ?
so for the past 6 months i've been on levora, a birth control. the past couple of months i've been having aches on my right side, i'm pretty sure it's my ovary (and no i do not think it's ovulatin, those aches last only a day). these aches are on and off the whole month.i had my withdrawal bleed about 2 and a half weeks ago so i doubt i'm pregnant. i'm very good at taking the pill as well. i've been with my.

If you were my patient, and had only missed one pill, I would advise you that the correct thing to do is to take two pills as soon as you realize your mistake. If you do that you should be OK, but it never hurts to use back up such as condoms.

ve been on Orthortrycyclin for about half a year and I missed taking it last Monday (April 5) and I was supposed to start my period that Thursday (April 8). I also missed my pill on the day I was supposed to start but have been taking them everyday still without doubling up or anything cause I was told not it if I missed. Anyway it's a week later and still no period.
I take the 21day/7day break contraceptive pill religiously and have been doing so for a year and a half with the exception of last month.
I missed day 15, but took it as soon as I realised the next day and continued as usual and did not have sex prior to this. However I missed the last pill in my packet as well (day 21) before my 7 day break for my period as I went out of town forgetting my pill packet!

It seemed to have shrunken them.I was doing fine for about a year, and stopped taking the pill. Then I got back on it a year later, and started having major signs of depression,weight gain,and just a change in my hormones. I use to be the bubbliest happiest person in the world before I started taking this pill. Now I find myself majorly depressed,and have been gaining weight. I am also, tired all the time. Before I started taking the pill, I use to have so much energy.
Have been on the pill for about the last 8 years, and two months ago when I went in for my annual exam I asked my gyn if I could switch to a lower dose hormone because I've gotten worried about all the stuff I'm pumping into my body -- especially since my fiance & I want to start trying for kids in another year or so.
I switched from Levora/Portia to Junel FE, and the first month I didn't get any period.
i meant to write that i missed a dose of active pill about a week in and im not sure if that means that my period will come whether i skip the inactive pills or not
My husband and I have been trying to have a baby since May. I was on Levora (birth control) and went off of it in April. For the first few months April, May, June, July...my periods were irregular, which is to be expected, since I went off of the pill. They SEEMED to be regualar in Aug. Sept. and then in October, I didn't have a period. I wasted so much time and money taking pregancy test (blood and otc) and no pregancy.
