Will Levocetirizine affect the outcome of the test in any way?

Hydoxyzine worked wonders for me (once I got a high enough dose). I take 25 - 50 mg. every 6 hours. I had a bad rash all over my body except my face and buttocks and it stopped the itching and is clearing the rash.
I wish they would have started it in Dec,. but it seems with these side effects we are all re-inventing the wheel. The docs seem clueless.
Since my 30’s, (now 65) my right foot will swell when I’m in 80+ degree weather. After 50, the swelling is all over my body, especially feet. Nothing has worked to prevent the swelling.
On 6/28 saw my Dr. for sinus issue. He diagnosed it as non-recurrent maxillary sinusitis. He prescribed two meds:
1. Amox-Clav875, 125mg tablets, twice per day.
2. Levocetirizine, 5mg, once per day at night.
I know that I had a sore throat and cough, the latter gradually increasing in intensity and dryness). Now, supposedly recovering from whatever it was I got, I started having this peppery sensation in my lungs and more dry cough that wakes me up at night. Of course, my GP suggested that I take antihestamines for a while. Hayfever got to me after all.
However, I really can't stand jumping out of bed EVERY NIGHT for the last 3 days, coughing and gasping for air.
Hello Ladies, I need some help. As we know, during pregnancy we can't take alot of medications. My sinuses have been draining in the back of my throat. Its annoying and very irritating. I'm constantly blowing my nose. Its is becoming raw. Does anyone know of anything safe to take to control this problem. And its making it very hard to sleep at night.
For burning throat, gargle with salt water immediately and keep doing it.
Take Montelukast+levocetirizine for 10 days one daily(0-0-1) preferably night.
take multivitamins and gargle with Tantum before food, betadine(1:5) and hydrogen peroxide(1:10) after food for three days. Take dichlo for pain relieving for 2 days(1-0-1).
If symptoms persist, rush to the ENT specialist.

ve ever had, and my last case of Hives was 9 yrs ago. I was in the ER 2x this past month, put on IV steroids, antihistamines & Ranitidine. I had extensive blood work done for a multitude of alleries- all negative, Lupus, Lympoma, Lymes disease, CAT scan, all negative. I've done 2 rounds of Presnisone (which helped greatly), but 2 days after the last Prednisone pill- boom the hives came back bad.

Good day! i went to the ENT specialist yesterday and he said that I have otitis media. I was able to tell him also that I have been dizzy (feeling of floating) for almost a month since ive started using treatments for my sinusitis. My balance is okay and I don't have that ear pain in both ears. Its just that the "floating feeling" isnt tolerable these past few days. It hinders me in getting my work done.
Please help me find a cure for these.

when I was in a hot, humid climate recently (New Orleans), I noticed, at night, that the whole back of my lower legs were covered with a huge red area which felt warm but didn't itch or hurt. I bought some cortizone10 cream and it disappeared within a few day. After a month of so, the shin flaked off when rubbed. What caused this outbreak?
I do not under stand why insect bite would happen in the same part of body twice (it repeated on a much lesser extent in feet also) !!! The Doc has suggested me Fluticasone creame, an anti allergic (levocetirizine ) and an anti-biotic.
Please advise what I gotta do, and is he treating it as insect bite really!? A family friend who is studying Medicine tells me it can be Herpes, but he is no specialist, should I do any test to be sure?
s been, but I think it was a couple or so weeks ago when I noticed that I was getting a rash on the rim of my belly button, and a little in my actual belly button. After some time it spread to the skin around my belly button, and recently, it spread even further. I'm starting to get worried. I thought it was nothing and that it would go away eventually, but im starting to think it may be something troublesome. It gets very itchy sometimes, and most of the time the skin is very red and dry.
I was diagnosed with lupus in 1997, which has since been in remission. I have always had extreme sensitivity to dust, smoke, smog, strong smells etc., etc, wherein particles seemed to get into my throat and mucus builds up in throat and I cough for I seem to be about to choke. Recently, I ingested a piece of plastic and subsequently, bronchoscopy was done, and findings were normal, the plastic wasn't in my lungs.
She prescribed Nasonex 2x2, Ipratropium bromide inhalation and Levocetirizine for 10 days. A follow up 10 days later, i was still coughing and she then prescribed Narivent which was so disgusting that i almost puked from it and Prospan (Hedera helix syrup). This did not help, yet again, and i was still coughing. Third follow up after 10 days was prescribed Nasonex again, salt water and a seretide inhaler.
Effusion returned and I was in tampanade so I had a pericardial window. Prior to the effusion, I had no cardiac problems and my blood work was always fine. My IGE, C reactive protein,ANC,RDW-CV,abs mono, anion gap and compliments 3+4 have been elevated since the effusion and continue to be elevated.
I recently had a ct which states that I have small mediastidnal nodes nonspecific.
An immunologist suspects that I have mast cell activation disorder- normal triptase levels.
They have a tendency to change size rapidly and to move around, disappearing in one place and reappearing in other places, often in a matter of hours.
Many cases of hives are "idiopathic," meaning no cause is known. Others may be triggered by viral infections or medications. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the rash. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.
I am a 45-year-old active male in good health who has also suffered from this random swelling for around 15 years. I can empathise with many of the posted reports and like everyone else this condition seems to have Doctors somewhat baffled. I experience random swelling (or welts the size of the palm of your hand) on most parts of my body and moreover on the soles of my feet, hands and fingers. I also experience swelling round my waist area, buttocks, thighs and upper/lower arms.
