I have been prescribed Levitra and viagra for the past ten years and they have worked well. I was talking mainly 20mg Levitra. A few months ago this only resulted in a less than satisfactory "half erection" and that has been the case since. However I have been woken during the night with a good erection so the "plumbing must still be working.
I am a 37 year old male that has to take antidepressants. The medication gives me erectile dysfunction.
The doctor prescribed Levitra and it worked but 2 out of 3 times I have tried it it cause a fast heart rate a few hours after taking it. I didn't feel any palpitations, no lightheadedness, or any other symptoms except tachycardia and a slight headache.
1) Is it safe to take this if it is causing my heart to race?
2) Would the other ED dugs cause this if Levitra does?

I have read in a few websites that there is an increased risk of priapism in patients who take ED drugs like Cialis/Viagra/Levitra and who also have (among other conditions) Sickle Cell Disease and/or Beta Thalassemia.
It's not clear to me whether Beta Thalassemia Minor (my condition) also increases that risk.I could not find much information about it.
Yes the medication could be causing erectile dysfunction. Not just the medication, but hypertension, diabetes, etc. can cause ED. The first step is to see if you can change your medication. If you have a heart condition and need to take nitrates you will not be able to take Viagra, Levitra, or Cialis.
Can ongoing use of generic substitutes for erectile dysfunction such as tadalis, levitra and viagra cause paraesthesia and muscle pain? Thanks.

I had a reversejaculation my urine consisted of blood and a lot of small pieces of body tissue. I have not noticed any improvement as of yet, though my urologist mentioned that it could take 3 weeks before I saw any benefit and would probably want to continue the use of Levitra until that time. Is this true, normal or am I not going to see a benefit from this medication?
went to see a urologist saturday 19th sept after talking to him he told me that i may need to take a procedure called a penile doppler but in the mean time he prescribed levitra i would like to no if its safe and is there did it worked for you or anybody you know
Are the meds to counter this? Levitra? Viagra? I have no problem with erections. Does this effect wear off? Do i need to switch meds. This has the potential to be very embarrassing for me. Please help.
However I have learned from the psychiatrists I have seen over the years who at times did allow me to lower the dosage of a medication if they felt I could maintain stability was that what can appear as if a person might not need a medication or a specific dose could easily be because it is working. Also I didnt feel the effect of the lowering of the medication until two weeks later because it took that long to get out of my bloodstream.

It began last week when I took a Levitra to have sex with my spouse. All was well, and I was lasting extra long. She was finished, and then I kept trying for a while, but I could not.
