There should be significant visual recovery after a week and by one month it should be pretty well healed. My doctors do not like to use latanoprost after cataract surgery because it may increase the incidence of CME (macular edema).

Will I escape corneal damage/disease if I use Zioptan rather than latanoprost? Will there also be less irritation? (My insurance will pay 80% of the cost, so it is affordable for me). Are there are disadvantages to using it?
I have had that too and noticed it the past couple of years...I'm 56 and not using Latisse or anything else. It does irritate my eye sometimes, and I have pulled them in the past.
Don't know if it's normal, but I never was concerned either.

yes the elevated pressure in the eye is treated with glaucoma drops like travoprost and timolol drops,combigan,hypersol-5 solution and latanoprost ophthalmic solution......instead of all this the pressure in the eye goes up at an interval of 3-4 months approximately.
I was misdiagnosed as having pressure in my eyes and was given Latanoprost eye drops which I used for 5 days and my intuition told me to stop it and get a second and third opinion which I did. I then found out I did not need to be on Latanoprost and my eye pressure was normal. I am only 45 and never had a problem with dark circles under my eyes which developed two days after I started using the eye drops.
They said that my cornea is really thick and my optic nerves are oddly shaped, but there is nothing to worry about at this time. I was prescribed latanoprost which I took and my eye pressure had decreased as it should at my follow up visit in January.
Since then, I have undergone some heart testing due to having palpitations and I ended up going off of the latanoprost, with permission from my doctor. I haven't noticed a large difference in my eyes until recently.
The 2nd question - My upper R eye has ptosis – it droops and the L eye does a bit as well – plus the L eye has a cataract that is now disturbing my vision. I found an article online that describes that if a person takes a field or OCT test- with a drooping lid - the results are skewed and they describe a complicated way to hold the lid up during the test with surgical tape. Has anyone else had this problem?
Since you have recently had surgery we feel you need to ask the surgeon about this. This is a generalization. Trouble opening the eyes in the morning often means they are drying out during sleep. Don't sleep under fan or have air blowing across eye. latanoprost often dries eyes out during sleep. You can ask your doctor about this. We have our patients put latanoprost or their glaucoma drop in about 30 minutes before they go to bed.
OK, great! You've removed the doubt. I am a worrywart. She also said it was up to me whether to start latanoprost. My IOP was 19/21, which she said wasn't that high but the low nocturnal dips in my BP were concerning. And also the suspicious nerves. So I guess I ought to take the drops ...
s nurse gave me a bottle of a liquid which was exactly like water, and told me to wash my hand with it without rinsing with water.
as you may noticed, the nurse was not a trustable and good healthcare worker, else she wouldn't ask me to assist her with testing a known hiv positive person without gloves,,,SO i am worried if she gave me a wrong solution to wash my hands with it by mistake, or what if by intention,,,i mean what if that liquid was hiv infected?
I paid $250 for a medication I usually pay $40 for and on checking that was the reason. There is a generic latanoprost but its not as strong or as long acting.
I had sex two days before and felt itchy on my foreskin so I applied a pinch of undiluted disinfectant liquid on my inside foreskin which is attached to forehead of my penis. It started burning and soon I applied Boroline for 2 days. Stopped using Dettol. After 3 days skin started to peel off but the skin attaching to the head has become hard and has turned to white (not pink). Like how wound becomes. I am applying boroline + consulted doctor.
Diagnosised as open-angle glaucoma. I use latanoprost drops which successfully control the pressure. (Last measured at 13 to 14)
My opthalmologist has said that lens replacement may alleviate the pressure. I would not need to use the eye drops afterwards.
What is your opionion?

For the past year, my wife has been having almost constant liquid pass and the area around her anus is just totally sore. Our new GI is treating it like IBS/Colitis with wechol and other meds.
My wife lost her entire colon to cancer some years ago. They made a J pouch of small intestine and did anastamosis to her anus via stripped rectum (IPAA) and she has always had frequent loose bowel movements, but not liquid.
on the next day the pain increased and i cant able to ignor it and go to the docter the docter said ther is nothing wrong in a few days it swell and burst with yellow, whit and bloody liquid on my left sphincter.on this day i feel like weak on around my abdomen and become ok with in few hours.and go to the movie the people said they smell some thing and go i know i have faltus but i thought it is what i ate .
I was recently diagnosed with glaucoma in both eyes and prescribed eye drops to take 3x daily for the rest of my life.These eye drops are 1) Latanoprost and 2) Dorzolamide/timolol. A few weeks after taking these eye drops I notice a large rise in blood pressure (top and bottom numbers)..with my bottom number around 100. Can this be caused by the eye drop medicine?
His memory is also very lose, he can not remember the lession. so i am very upset for his above broblems. please give me any solution for this.
Percocet is Oxycodone and Acetaminophen. Percocet is a brand name and there is no liquid Percocet. There is a liquid version of Oxycodone and Acetaminophen called Roxicet, however. It's not necessarily measured in mg's though. It's measured in ml's in which 5ml contaings 5mg of Oxycodone and 325mg of Acetaminophen. Now that I've written all of that...I have to ask..why do you ask?
RE no damage, LE OCT scans show 1 area or damage, moderate diagnosis. For 12 years I was stable on latanoprost. Last 2 years pressure keeps rising, tried different drops, ALT, recently cataract and stent surgery. I am 66, with another 20 years or so to live, wondering long term prognosis for disease today? Most studies I found were older, and indicated 10% risk of blindness.
