Hi Pam. Exercises don't act by using "localized" fat. When you exercise, your body will use fat from different places (each person is different). So it does not mean that, because you are doing crunches, you will lose fat in your abdomen. The solution is really to lose body fat as a whole. It might be that you will first lose fat first on your thighs before losing on the spot you want. But that's how our body works and the only way around it is liposuction...

hello. Eight months ago I had breast reduction and abdominal liposuction surgery. After which my surgeon told me 2 liters of fat had been removed. I am 54 yo and weighed around 170 lb. Many people have died as a result of complicaitons of liposuction surgery. I would not consider this type of surgery ever. It is a very dangerous and risky procedure as it can lead to death. my question is how I can lighten me dark underarm and inner thighs. There are 6 times darker than my other part of body. This concerns me a lot. I have it since age of 11. In the past I have had telangiectasias removed from face and all across my chest by having them idividually zapped with laser or cauterizing needle.
