Yes, I have a natural cure which works great for years now. order puritans pride L arginine 1000mg free form capsules and vitamin world pycnogenol 60 mg capsules. Take 3 L arginine capsules in morning at once with large glass water. Then at lunch take the one pycnogenol half way through your sandwitch. Must take with food. Give it a few weeks to really take affect, may see results a lot sooner. I have 100% ability now back from almost nothing.
It was only after I had bought these that I read on multiple websites that excess (i.e. more than usual) L-Arginine in your diet can mean more frequent herpes outbreaks and of course these supplements both contain L-Arginine.
I don't want to waste the supplements but I don't want to risk having an outbreak because of them.

All the searches I have done related to this inform me of a diet high in L-Lysine and low in L-Arginine to help treat herpes, which I do not have. I am currently undergoing cryotherapy for my breakouts because the Aldera cream irritates me too much. I had been told l- arginine would be of help releasing nitric oxide in the blood to help with male erection/orgasm ..however, that arginine shouldn't be taken by those with hsv1/2 because it can provoke an outbreak. Can you debunk this ? I would love to take arginine if it can help at all !
Are there are any potential contra indications in that Viagra should not be taken by a person who takes L-Arginine? If so, is the contraindication just for that day? In other words, would I be safe if I did not take L-Arginine on the day I took Viagra? ve read that it has lysine and lutein which seems to have a good effect in the clearance of HPV, but it also has L-Arginine and there are mixed opinions about it... Anyone has tried it with success?

Very interesed in your Integrated medical approach to your angina problems using L-arginine. After 2 CABGs and several stents I still have vague angina mostly aided by nitro. Would L-arginine do abetter job and must it be Rxed and supervised? Sometimes I do feel it is Variant type angina or small vessel disease as hinted to by my cardio.

I accidentally took a work out supplement thats is a nitric oxide thing. It has niacin and L arginine in it. Its suppose to make ur blood vessles open up bigger for a better pump at the gym. Then a took viagra a couple hours later and has the swollen erection.
I saw a regular Dr and a urologist. Both were a waste of time and money. Anyone else experience somthing similar? I havent gone more than 5 days without having sex. I am going to try 2 weeks.
