I have major deep body charlie horses, even under rib cage, that come frequently now post surgery if I don't take my potassium -- Klor-Con: 10 mcg or something like that. It's a prescription dose. Also, magnesium is important. I would get checked out for a heart attack but it sounds likes like severe potassium deficiency. If you're on a diuretic, you definitely need to supplement with Klor-Con.

ENT says everything is normal, I take nexium for acid reflex, klor-con, slowmag, vitamin d3 2000, iron pills, in decemeber I started having vibrating in my lower body in legs , feet, buzzing sensations, and tingling on back of my head, and tingling on my left side of tounge, I do have my wisdom teeth inside still and one is impacted.
I'm a 30 yr old male suffering from a pulmonary embolism which was found a week ago. It started with afib which they say caused the blood clots. I've been put on klor-con 10meq(3 a day), Warafarin 2.5mg(1x a day), bystolic 2.5mg(1x a day), xanax .25mg(1every 6 hrs). My symptoms started about 5 hours before my afib. first symptom was a sudden numbness in my upper body with disorientation that lasted 20 minutes and then I felt tired.
Your true desire is what makes you want to stop and your heart and will are the ammo used to fight addiction, you can go a long way by recognizing when your addiction is trying to Con your mind into getting more pills when your coming down. s happening, the weather here in England has been 30c and she works in a School kitchen with no air con so you can imagine how hot it is for her. Her upper back and neck are red and covered in spots that look like a heat rash, and now the yellow crusting has started, her hair is so sweaty at work and in bed which doesn't help, she's really upset with it, she is trying e45 but it hasn't done alot.
What can she do? Is this Cradle Cap?
