Making even small changes in your diet can have a huge impact on your weight. For instance, if you eat junk
food (candy, cookies, pastry, fast
food) stop ........ replace the candy bar or cookie with an apple or some carrot/celery sticks. If you drink soda, replace it with water.
Try to eliminate as much of the processed foods from your diet, as you can. Opt for fresh (or frozen) veggies, whenever possible.
