ketogenic diet cutting out all sugar and simple carbs on August 23, and started taking black cohosh, vitex, omega complex, fish oil, a multivitamin and a few other things here and there like biotin or probiotics. I'm not kidding I started my period after not having one for almost 3 years, on August 25th. 2 days after beginning this new regime. It was scanty, but it was mine and I was so happy.
