6990909 tn?1435275816 Ive never heard of the Ketogenic Diet until this thread. I have PsA so am always looking for dietary stuff to help. I looked it up to see what it is and it said high fat, adequate protein, low carb diet. I do the low fat, low carb, minimal dairy, no sugar diet right now. What kind of fats are they talking about? The treatments (Humira, Methotrexate, ect) are the same for RA and PsA so Im thinking dietary treatment may be similar.

Avatar f tn I was diagnosed with epilepsy 42 yrs ago, when I was only 11 yrs old.I think the most difficult part of growing up with epilepsy was the limitations it imposed,as well as the humiliation I felt as some of my seizures were in public. The teens are a very stressful time of our life;and we all know what a terrible mix epilepsy and stress make! As an adult, epilepsy didn't prevent me from getting married or having 3 beautiful daughters;but the limitations(stress, sleep & diet) never changed.
